It took a long time to receive stock (1-2 months) though I was expecting next day delivery. I did not receive any updates until I got in touch to chase it, however stock was received and well packaged.

Dear Sonia, I checked that you preordered a t shirt at the time you placed your order. As per our preorder policy we ship orders when the items are available. The information about the release date was on the product page at the time you placed your order. We are aware that during the pandemic our release dates have been severely affected and we have been facing unpredictable and unprecedented delays caused by the suppliers, shipping agents and delivery companies. We are unable to update individual customers if they are not subscribed to our newsletter as we are just a team of 3 and it is just impossible to send individual emails. Still waiting on refund
Received an item from them which was really poor quality and nothing like the image. Followed their returns process in full but have heard nothing. I’ve chased by email but no reply. In today’s world there are better places to get products like this. Spend your money elsewhere.
Great reply below too - it has already been over 14 day and to be clear the backpack did not look as per the pictures. Shane bunny style isn’t interested in feedback tho

Hi Sam! Please note that we process returns within 14 days of our warehouse receiving your items. There is no need to follow up and get upset about this process as it really does not depend on us but the external company who are experiencing delays due to the pandemic currently happening in the world. I will check what’s going on with your return and why it has not yet been processed!
I also checked that you purchased one of our backpacks and we have not had a single person u til now say that it looks different from the pictures because it really doesn’t unless your item was faulty! x

Hi! I see you had a Pre-order item in your basket so as per our preorder policy we ship these orders once all products are available. We can always split your order though and ship all available items first as nowadays delays are likely. This delay was caused yet again by the Mask as we identified a lot of faulty items and were trying to resolve this to avoid a negative review influx, which unfortunately happened anyway. We took the masks down entirely as they caused our rating to go down half a point on here now.
Stay assured, our shipping takes 2-3 days in the UK provided all items are available and we can always split orders containing pre-order items:). x

Bad quality, expensive and arrived around a month or so after i ordered! Never again.

Your order was also a pre-order which was clearly stated on the product page at the time of your order.
Please note that we offer replacements or refunds to everyone affected with the faulty items. It only takes sending us an email.

Love your brand but the mask was poor…
Love your brand but the mask was poor quality. Would rather it be made of stretchy nylon type material to fit to face, the one you sent is very small and keeps riding down love the design though!!

Unfortunately, the customer service doesn‘t get back to me regarding a return delivery. The clothes are of cheap quality and I don‘t expect them to last longer than one season.

I was very happy with my order
I got my order and was very happy with the items they are well made and finished well and there customer service is great as well, You can get cheaper elsewhere but the finish and material is normally poor so don't be dissapointed for a couple of pounds difference, I would definitely recommend Bunny Style A++

Hi there, please note that although we do all we can to ship items on time, we had some delays with the masks and other items this year as a result of the ongoing issue with our main supplier who was badly hit by the Covid situation. We have now stopped all cooperation with them and are engaging with a new supplier to avoid these production delays. x

Product is great.
The only small issue I do have, is the length of time it takes to deliver the item.
Thank you (Bunny.style) for getting back to me so quickly and explaining the reason for the delay in the delivery (good customer service). I have no other issues at all, the product is great, it fits really well and quite a few have commented that they like it. So hopefully they will buy one too.

Very good quality mask
Very good quality mask. Fits well, comfortable and very breathable compered to other similar fabric masks. The filter inside certainly helps.
