A big thank you to Harry and his team of fitters. We have been working with Harry for about a year now with our lettings and he is super responsive, quick to quote and always a great job all round. Takes the stress away!

Thanks to the Burgess team for a fast, efficient and good quality fitting of my lounge, bedroom and hall carpet. It looks great and I'm very pleased indeed.

From the moment of choosing our carpets, through to the fitting, all the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure having the fitters in our home, and their work is splendid. Top marks!

Just had a loft extension completed and chose Burgess Flooring for our new carpet. Absolutely top job, very tidy and, on top of that, really nice guys as well. Highly recommend!

Moved to a new build with no curtains or blinds, with 2 young children waking up with first light we were looking to get something sorted quick. We picked the ones we liked in the showroom and they were rushed through for us and had them installed within the week, Fantastic customer service from start to finish.

Very impressed with the customer service, quality of the carpet and the carpet fitting. Would recommend and would use again. A special thank you to Harry for organising it all so quickly. Thank you!

This is the second time I’ve used Burgess flooring and yet again they’ve been great. I had LVT flooring fitted the price was true to estimate and the fitter did a great job. Would definitely recommend

High quality installation of my coir front doormat and also my vinyl bathroom flooring which needed a smooth underlay render. Harry kept the cost down by finding me a suitable off-cut of vinyl. He was most helpful and supportive.

Great service from start to finish
Thank you

Very helpful service from Steven who guided us to choose the most suitable carpets for our motorhome. These were then shaped to fit using our templates, which only took about 10 days. Highly recommended.

I found customer service really good and the whole process from start to finish was really good too.

The service we received from going into the shop to pick out the carpet we wanted to the fitters coming to lay the carpet was 1st class would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone

A local independent carpet company, that was very reasonably priced. Very simple process, ordering, delivery and fitting. Very pleased with the work.

Steve at Burgess went out of his way to try and source some additional Amtico tiles for me. Exceptional customer service!

Their knowledge of products is great,so you can get a quality product on a budget of your choice, without having to break the bank. The fitting was faultless with the fitter showing great attention to detail. I would have no problem recommending them.
