We are first time buyers who have had previous sales fall through so we were pleased that they were extremely responsive, helped us with all questions and so our sale went forward without any delays. I could always ring them if I was worried and they would answer first time, their annual leave dates were listed on emails so I was kept in the loop and they also had coverage when they were away so our case was always being progressed. My emails were answered same day or the next. They were meticulous and I felt like they made a stressful time a lot easier because you could depend on them!
