Once great, Once just awful!

We bought tickets through this agency to go to India and then onto Singapore. It was a great arrangement - I would have given you 5 stars. Because we had such a good experience with those flights, we used your agency and the same woman for our flights to Papette Tahiti and back from Sydney Australia. What a fiasco. Our flight from Seattle was cancelled by the airline, and we received NO update from Busibessclass.com. I found out because my sister was on the same flight but had arranged her own tickets. So I called Stephanie to find out what was going on. She never replied for three weeks. Finally, I was able to contact a supervisor who arranged our tickets but not the days we wanted. We had to go three days before we had planned so we had quite a bit of extra expense with hotels and meals. My sister was able to arrange her tickets directly with the airlines for the dates we wanted but this agency would not do it. Really poor customer service. I asked if we could cancel the whole thing but was told we would lose all the money we had paid. The whole situation was really frustrating and unnecessary. They didn't care what we wanted because they already had our money.

You allow customer information to be scraped by scammers who send alarming emails to customers advising of a nonexistent issue with their credit cards then attempt to secure the credit card information.

Shame on you.

Good experience but…..

We had a good experience other than the fact that after booking our flights, we then had to pay either 155 or 185 to secure a seat on Alitalia. That was unexpected and not cool especially because I had asked the chatbot if there were any hidden fees beyond the price that was quoted and she said no.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by BusinessClass.com. Due to an airspace closure, I requested a refund on March 1st. It has now been three weeks, and despite my repeated attempts to follow up, the company has failed to provide any substantial update or a timeline for the return of my funds.

Every time I call, I am met with irresponsible and vague answers. The representatives repeatedly state they "need to check with the accounting team," yet no one ever follows up with a resolution. A professional travel platform should provide transparency and timely responses, especially during travel disruptions.

I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before using this platform. Their lack of accountability regarding refunds is a major red flag. I am still waiting for my money and will update this review if and when they decide to act professionally.
