Please please DO NOT use this website. it is a scam where they 'buy airmiles' from corporates and business travellers and then book flights using them, for you. You pay your fare (mine was (€4150) to them but risk the airline cancelling your ticket as they don't allow this to go on. You also have no rights as you would if you booked directly. When I discovered this after I booked, I paid an extra €1000 to have a ticket from the airline. Even that was an upgraded economy ticket so again no cover for me. THEN my sister broke her back and became paralysed so I had to go to her in Dubai urgently and needed to change my tickets. The price of the change was more than the original fare and more than buying a new ticket from the airline. Had I booked with the airline originally, I would have been able to change my ticket for €300. You have been warned.

In addition to the deceit, this required wasting my time to book (at a false advertised price) and then to revoke charges with my credit card company.

Tried to book a business class flight that they said was available. They charged my card and then told me the price went up and the flight was not confirmed. Tried to book the same flight and pay the higher price and they did the same thing again. Charged the card and increased the price. First two charges were reversed when I called them. Third charge was not so I had to contest the charge through my CC company. It’s a scam company.

The flight I booked with Cathay Pacific was cancelled due to a super typhoon and I was recommended to take refund by an agent on Businessclass.com. The flight was cancelled on 23 Sept and to date, my refund status has been in progress. What was misleading was that on the status page on Businessclass.com, it says "direct refund processed by Cathay Pacific". I understand it takes some time but the status has not been changed since 1 Oct. So I called Cathay. After numerous deliberate mistakes with chatbot, I finally got through to a humanbot, who said that I need to contact the agent because the cancellation on Cathay's side was accepted on 8 Oct. So I called Businessclass.com. Apparently it takes another few weeks for the refund to go through. So it takes more than a month to have refund since the business class flight was cancelled due to adverse weather. I found the whole booking, changing and cancelling flights on Businessclass.com is a lot more cumbersome than booking flights directly with airlines, which I normally do. For me, there seems no benefit in using their services part from 24-hour phone lines which most airlines don't have any longer. I couldn't find that much of a bargain on business class flights on the site and given the cumbersome process and extra time needed to get through to an agent and get things done, I see no reason to use their service again.

I booked 2 return business class tickets from Melbourne to Berlin which had 2 stops and multiple airlines
First leg from Melbourne to Bangkok, at check in found out that seats allocated were 45A/B which I thought could not possibly be business class. Rang Businessclass.com and they said it was the airline's fault and they would take care of when I get back. I felt trapped as I had no choice.
Same thing happened on the way back from Berlin. It was the final leg from Bangkok to Melbourne.
When I got home and rang Businessclass.com to complain again, they assured me that it was the airline's fault in both cases. They were going to claim compensation for me but silence since then despite my request for a progress update. So much for customer care!!
It has been 10 weeks!!
PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN BOOKING.........

I booked 2 business class tickets from London Heathrow to Bangkok on Oman Air for May 24th. I started the check in process and found that we were downgraded to economy class. Businessclass.com said it was Oman Air's fault as they were upgrading their system.
Business class said I could take the economy seats or pay a further fee to upgrade again, absolutely shambolic company to try and get customer care assistance.
8 weeks have passed and I have not heard a single word from them.
PLEASE BOOK WITH CAUTION......

I ordered economy class tickets from Bergen to Los Angeles for five family members at a total of only NOK 20757 which is very cheap and notably cheaper than what I could get directly from SAS (the airline).
Most important; finding the best route and airline was very easy through businessclass.com

I booked a number of flights through Businessclass.com and have had issues trying to change flight details. I have attempted to contact the company via online Chat, Telephone and email and am still unable to get anyone that can assist me with this. I an Australian resident and have called the Australian customer service number but nos answer.

I had a terrible experience with this company and lost nearly $400. I strongly advise against booking through this website.
I originally booked two flights, but after receiving the confirmation email, I noticed they had booked a completely different flight than what I selected. When I contacted customer service to correct the issue, they refused to fix their mistake unless I paid an additional fee. The customer support was unhelpful, and the representative I spoke with was both difficult to understand and rude.
After multiple attempts to resolve the issue without extra charges, I reluctantly agreed to pay a fee in order to get a refund. However, when I was finally reimbursed, they charged me double the agreed-upon amount.
This company operates dishonestly and should not be allowed to continue doing business. Avoid them at all costs.
BUYER BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Do not trust this company. They are completely lacking in transparency. I have been waiting over 8 weeks for them to process a refund for a flight that had to be cancelled because the airline changed its flights. BusinessClass.com have been using the excuse for the continued delay on the airline company not responding to their requests. When I asked for proof of that they refused to give it to me, they also refused to give me any details as to how often and when they contacted the airline. If it is a refund problem, they will not speak to you by phone, you have to use the chat line on their website. All that achieves is continued apologies for the delay but no explanation or progress. When you look into the company, there is no ABN (Australian Business Number) no formal postal address and there seems to be no proper registration.
You will also notice the company's response to negative reviews all say that the reviewer has got the wrong company. Be definitely assured that I am reviewing BusinessClass.com.
The reply from BusinessClass.com is almost exactly the same as I have been getting for the last 5 weeks on their Website chat line. The bottom line is I still don't have the refund. It is also worth noting that I have had no contact from the ticket issuer as stated in the reply. The fact that I seem to be dealing with multiple companies is in itself off putting and there is certainly no reason for me to trust them. We now seem to be having dealings with a ticket issuing company and yet all the chat line conversations were blaming the delay on the lack of response from the airline. What is the actual truth.
