Spoke to Henry who was very helpful
Spoke to Henry who was very helpful. He got us tickets to kenya after a really frustrating time. Our trip was very successful. We would also like to thank Mark who was very supportive and helpful till the very last minute. Definitely would recommend them.

Woke up with a call from Business…
Woke up with a call from Business Flight shop asking if I had booked my ticket to Dubai after having spent hours the night before doing searches. Was a little concerned as I didn’t recall coming across Business Flight Shop. I gave Jane details of my requirements including a request for a flight which allows 2 checkin bags at a good price. Within a few minutes she had found the flight I was interested in at a lower rate than what I had found. Jane explained it would take 6 hours for the ticket to be issued after payment which made feel abit nervous however , I decided to proceed. I received details of the supplier who would be issuing the ticket ‘white magic’ who I had to pay . I checked their reviews to see if the party I was paying was a trusted supplier and then made the payment. I received my ticket after 6 hours as promised. The customer service was excellent no issues in getting through to someone. BFS stay in contact via WhatsApp and calls until you have your ticket and are satisfied. Overall my experience was very good. Jane was brilliant.

Prompt, helpful and reassuring
I was hesitant at first when Business Flight Shop popped up on my search since I've never heard of them, and am wary if it was a scam.
However Roy assured me they were ATOL protected. I did my due diligence and it seems to all check out. The tickets we got were at a very good price and we could get the seats we wanted too. It's certainly helpful to speak to a travel agent instead of hours spent comparing prices and dates online, as we were travelling during a busy period.
Roy was prompt with his replies on WhatsApp and sent over the details via email really quickly. Looking forward to our trip now!
