Similar to what others have said, this is a complete scam. They continue to charge you even when you've requested to cancel. No way to do it on their website and no phone number to call so you have to email to request a cancellation and then wait 2-3 business days for a response in which they try to convince you not to cancel. I had to ask 3 times to cancel until they finally "confirmed" it was cancelled. Fastforward to 3 weeks later and I received another charge. I am currently on the phone with my bank trying to report it as fraud.

I have tried to cancel my subscription for more than a month now and they are not cancelling as they mentioned in the website. They don't have subscription cancellation option provided but asking you to email the support team which the support team will never reply.

I would negatively rate this company if I could. They have for the last three months ignored my request to cancel my subscription every time I have emailed they have offered me discounts or anything to keep me going and as soon as I have turned around and said no I want to cancel they have a total ignore my emails. They continue to take money each month out of my card and I have now gone to my bank. Do not trust this company do not ever subscribe or byproducts from them. I would say the products are a scam as well and they do next to nothing.

This site and company is a total SCAM they refuse to cancel their automatic subscription to the point where I have had to cancel and block my credit card !!!! Very bad company indeed !

Do not do it. They will not reply to your emails when you try to contact them. I have been trying for 3 months to cancel my subscription and they just don’t reply but keep taking my money! It’s a scam and theft!

I wish I read the reviews before ordering.
This is an outright scam. Customer service is completely unresponsive despite multiple attempts to contact them. There is no option to cancel the subscription you were tricked into. Make sure to inform your bank and have them block this company. I am also considering reporting them to the authorities. This is clearly fraudulent behavior.

I honestly wish I could give them zero stars. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for TWO WEEKS now, and it’s been an absolute nightmare. From day one I told them I wanted to cancel immediately because I had no idea I’d been put into a subscription. They replied days later saying they would cancel it — but only after I told them why I wanted to unsubscribe. I explained again that I don’t want a subscription and asked them to cancel it right away.

Then silence. Again for days.
Their next message? “We understand, a subscription isn’t for everyone… but here’s 30% off your next order if you keep it.”
Are you kidding me?

I’ve sent FIVE emails since November 13, and my subscription is STILL not canceled, even though I clearly asked for it in every single email. They keep dragging things out with pointless replies instead of just doing their job. It honestly feels intentional at this point.

To make things worse, my first order still hasn’t arrived after four weeks because it’s stuck in customs. This entire experience has been beyond frustrating. I’ve never dealt with a service provider this unprofessional and unhelpful.

Jeg fik ikke varen, og jeg kunne ikke afmelde abonnementet på deres hjemmeside, og når jeg skrev til den mail som de har, så fik jeg blot at vide, at jeg ville få svar indenfor 2 til 3 dage, hvilket jeg ikke har fået. Så jeg måtte ringe til banken og spærre mit kort.
Det er ikke helt i orden, at sælge noget, der skal være med til at give mindre stress, og så giver det i realiteten mere stress 😅

Didn’t notice any difference, then when I tried canceling they would never do it. They keep charging me. Kept telling me I could change my order so I wouldn’t get it as often. I kept telling them no. But they wouldn’t do it tell I was charged again. But I was being charged over $80 every month!!

Same as what everyone else is saying!! Don’t buy it. It will automatically start taking it out of your account even after you cancel it and they agree to it. There is no phone number to call.

DO NOY BUY. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over three months and they keep ignoring me, sending me discounts and sending me the product. DO. NOT. BUY. Not even an single purchase because they will scam you into a subscription.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried these for stress as advertised. It contributed to some gynae issues I was having and my dr advised to stop taking. Emailed to explain this and cancel the subscription that they auto apply from 1 purchase. Had a reply saying yes I can cancel but can I tell them why. I literally already did but ok, reiterated advised by the dr not to continue and therefore would like a confirmation of my cancellation. No reply since. Just continuing to take my money. Have now applied through my bank to stop these payments. My advice would be not to bother as if you need to cancel - just like other reviews here, they don't let you!

This company should be banned. Automated subscrition without any way to cancelling. Costumer support doesn't excist, only automated email response. Thats it. Every month they are going to take money out of your account. AVOID THIS WANNABE MADE UP "COMPANY". Learned the hard way sadly. Products sucks also, this drink turns out as a glue like liquid after mixing it with water.

Absolutely horrible company and experience. My husband and I purchased our first bag from Amazon. It took three weeks to come (even with prime). The product seemed okay, and we liked the price.
We then went directly to their website. They were running a buy two get two free on their product so we subscribed. We were supposed to recieve 4 bags, we recieved two. We reached out to them the night we got the bags. FiVE days later we recieved a message back saying they wanted pictures of what we had/hadn't recieved. They still have not made the situation right by sending us the two additional bags, and its been close to two months. Our subscription renewed while we were waiting for a response from them on the first order missing bags. Its been two weeks and the product still has not even shipped.
Terrible company, and a waste of time/money.
We tried nello in the meanwhile. Delicious!! And it worked so much better!

This is a scam. Please do not use them. I’ve been sending them emails and no one gets back to me properly and they’re still taking money so I need to get in contact with my bank. I am so cross and angry with myself for falling for this Scam.
