Good product, some are bad
When the product was delivered, i opened it and tried to use it and it did not work at all! I was very dissappointed to spend $31 and some change just to be dissatisfied. I couldn’t get a return because i had already opened the product and tried to use it. Smh.

Didn't show up
I checked the status and and USPS is saying that they are returning my item to the sender. It's been almost two weeks. I checked my order and I wrote the address right so I'm not sure what happened but I was never contacted. I haven't received a refund or the product.

I received everything melted, had to throw away, I felt like I threw out
$129.00. Not enough ice packs in box the ice pack was so tiny!!!
