Always have a great experience with buy cbd hub!

I ordered over a month ago and have not received anything. I’ve emailed and called, no response and the phone mailbox is full!!

Please refund my money

I have tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt about their late shipping. They always tell me they are working on it. I placed an order on January 24th, and it is February 4th and no package, no tracking number. I have left numerous emails and have been told they will provide me with the tracking information. Well, that never happened just crickets. I even reached out to the manager Mary, she said she would send me the tracking number but never did. I believe their shipping is a lot faster for people who place larger orders. I am an older disabled woman that can't afford bigger purchases. So it is my opinion that on small orders, they don't care because it doesn't bring in much money for them. They do not have good business practices. This has been going on for over 6 months. They tell me sorry, they will get better but crickets. I am done. Do better.

I did receive shipment very good product. They just take awhile in responding and shipping. So be patient.

I read all the reviews, good and bad, so I tried them because they do offer different brands and alot of these online companies keep showing the same old brands. I did experience alot of heartburn because they offer a tracking system that is totally worthless. It did take 2 weeks to get my order and here is what I have to say about that. I get that 2 week treatment on my favorite and often used online stores but they don't charge any shipping and that is a big deal to me. Shipping charges are over inflated and turn a great deal into a so so deal. So if you are going to charge me $5.99 to ship and you still take 2 weeks without any tracking information, well I think you know what I'm going to say about that. You better want that particular brand pretty damn bad.

The shipping and service was overall good compared to some other places. i got their Bloomz thcp flower and it was down right terrible. It seemed very old, brown, seedy and had that hay smell and taste of stale flower. I was not impressed with the quality. If you want the real deal, try thcaexpress.com. I found them after tryin another site and having a bad experience after the dirt I got from buycbdhub I was checking trustpilot to see if I had been ripped off by the other site I won't mention and saw a recommendation from someone else having the same experience. They found thcaexpress.com and I was so grateful to find that recommendation here on trustpilot, I felt necessary to share here since it's so hard to find a company that cares about providing quality flower and not just trying to make it rich off dirt.

Update, I still have pretty much all of the dirty seedy bloomz hemp still as of April 1st 2024 because it's garbage!

10 out of 10 if I could go that high. Great selection of vape cbd products and when I ran into a problem with my order I was sent 2 extra disposables for Inconvince. These people are extremely nice caring and understanding will buy from again I recommend anyone that what's good products with great customer service to shop here!

The worst company I have ever ordered from. It is truly disgusting how they do not care and try to make it seem like you're lying. I didn't receive what I ordered and whatever they decided to send me was not what I had ordered. Trust me there are better websites to order this stuff from FO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! Premium THCa flower they have on their site by”Terp 8” is DISGUSTING. Super disappointing and a big let down. They may have taken $50 from me but that’s all they’ll take from me at this point because I will never shop here again or their affiliates Terp 8. The flower smells and looks like literal poison. I did not smoke this and normally I’m all about giving something a try. Not this. I am also an experienced grower as well and any time I grow, my cannabis doesn’t come out looking as nasty as this bud did. Let alone, you can tell it was pumped with PGRs. When that happens, cannabis loses its real flavor, potency, and can create a harsh smoke on your lungs and leave you feeling like you have a headache. It also loses it smell to, which I guess is why they had to blast it with some type of lemon terpene because natural cannabis doesn’t smell like lemon chemicals.

Revised: Finally got a reply and worked it out. Still not happy it took having to leave a review to get a reply so can’t go full 5 stars. Appreciate finally resolving the issue but again, wish I didn’t have to go to the extreme. If I order from them again and have a great transaction, I’ll review again.
Original: At this time if I could give a 0 Star rating I would. Ordered a product (and immediately charged) over 10 days ago. Got an email stating there was a shipping delay but it was resolved and still nothing. Have called and emailed multiple times with NO REPLY. Terrible experience. No product, no customer service and no refund.

Initially I had difficulty receiving my order because Cake products are hard to keep on the shelves. Nevertheless, Buy CBD Hub rallied and came to my rescue with some free gummies to hold me over until my vapes were back in stock. this site sell products that are 100% legal except for delta 9 thc products, but they have canna binoids that are extremely cheap and some up to 30X times stronger than d9 thc.
