It took me 2 weeks to receive half of my order and all the products that I bought came without a box and therefore no way to know whether or not they were expired. I believe things were removed from the box to hide the fact that they were expired. With medical products, this is a dangerous thing to do therefore I won't be able to use any of them. I haven't received the other half of my order yet which is very disappointing. I wish I had read the reviews earlier as I wouldn't have placed my order. I will update this review if I ever receive the other half of the order. I have emailed them but so far I haven't received a response.

Placed an order in April and never received it. I sent them a few emails but they didn't reply.

Avoid! I bought some tablets from them and they came with part of the expiry date scratched out. I asked for an immediate refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They took my money but didn't deliver the goods. They haven't replied to my emails either.

Don't buy from this company. I'm still waiting for 2 months and no delivery. They are scammers. They don't answer to e-mails. I will file a complaint.

Stay away of this company as much as possible! they are utter scam! Ordered food supplement tablets from this crappy shop. They sent me an email that the order was shipped by 2nd class RM. 4 weeks passed - none received; tried to contact them 5-6 times; no answer at all. they only have email for communication; no phone number is available to reach them. It's been 5 weeks now since I placed the order.

I ordered some herbal products from this website and they were sent from within the UK. Very good service. I am a happy customer

DO NOT buy from this company. They took forever to send my order and never replied to my emails. Moreover the expiry dates are concealed which I am pretty sure breaks the law. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I will be taking this further

I have not yet received my order or any indication as to how it is progressing. I have not received any response to my emails and have now asked for a full refund. They have not responded to this either. Dreadful service, I wish I had checked them out on Trustpilot before my order. Guessing that's 40 quid I'll never see again

the expiry date was covered with a tape. When I removed it, I saw that the expiry date, that was printed below was scratched.

Concealed expiry date
I bought 3 boxes of Ayurvedic medicine.
The expiry date was covered with a tape. When I extremely carefully removed it, I noticed that the expiry date, that was printed below was scratched.
Is it a criminal act, selling medication in the UK, with no expiry date, or even worse, concealed one?

Nobody gets back to you. Some items arrived a month later and were out of date.

I am very unhappy. I have paid for 4 items and they were never dispatched to me! They are not responding to my email , I have been robbed by this “shop” !!!!

The company is importing local Indian products to UK and selling at higher cost.

I received supplement products which are expired. And the company tried to hide it by removing manufacturing date.
