Stay away from this business website name homeglow.com. I purchased a coffee table more than two months ago but never got my item. Sent more than 10 emails regarding this and spoke to person named Bishal who was representing as a customer service manager of the homeglow company. Become frustrated and asked refund after two months but he refused to give me refund. Lucky I paid from my PayPal account and I raised a claim through PayPal and got my money back after almost 3 months. So if you don’t want to waste your money always stay away from this company. I thought I should share my experience with people so no one will face my situation. I purchased on 17/11/2024 and PayPal helped me to get my refund on 20/01/2025.

I purchased a toy for my grandsons birthday on this website. I was sent the wrong item, a toy that was way to young for his age. I wanted to return it because it was of no use to me, but I was told it couldn't be returned. I was then offered a refund of the difference in price. The dispute went on for over a month. I was eventually offered a store credit which was also of no use because there's nothing else that I want on this website. Paypal would only help me if I returned the item, and the seller would only validate the store credit if I closed the paypal dispute. This is a giant scam as far as I'm concerned because I ended up having to donate the toy to charity and go and buy my grandson an age appropriate toy at an actual shop.

Do not buy from this website, if there's a problem you'll lose your money.

I was concerned I had been scammed.
However I contacted them through the contact us and was introduced to Bishal.
That changed my experience completely.
So helpful and kept me informed of all progress until my package arrived.
Will use again for sure.

I ordered 2 products on 3/10/24 and still don't have on 2/11/24. Tracking said packed and ready 15/10/24 but now over a week later, they still can't tell me when the parcel will be collected. I have asked them to cancel the order. If they don't, I will report them to Afterpay. Don't waste your time or money.

The quality of my Bellagio marble coffee table is Fantastic. It’s fits my lounge room a beautifully. Definitely worth the money. It Literally came 48hrs after ordering it. Customer service was also very quick to respond via email. Would recommend family and friends to buy from buymeshop.com.au

All in all a good experience.

Very disappointing customer experience. Purchased nested marble top coffee table that was delivered with Marble table top cracked in half. Contacted customer support and was offered $48 refund and told to try and glue it back together. Asked for refund or replacement as its unusable and was offered a replacement that has never arrived. Purchase was over 1 month ago and now getting no response via email from company and there is no phone number to call and discuss. Do NOT recommend you purchase from Buy Me shop.

Update 30 October. Buymeshop offered to send a replacement and did in fact ship the wrong part to me. On 18th Oct they confirmed that the correct part was to be shipped. It never arrived and they no longer respond to any email.

Apart from the first hiccup of my order being 'lost' in the system, once I notified the BuyMeShop, the service was incredible. I was informed constantly of the whereabouts of my order all the way through until delivery. I was very impressed by the personal communication to me.

BuyMeShop provides excellent customer service. We were very satisfied with their prompt, courteous and friendly response in following through with our enquiry about a product delivered to us. Bishal, the customer service representative, could not have been more helpful - always polite, with helpful information about the progress of our inquiry. We communicated via email on several occasions and it was like corresponding with an old friend. Simply the best customer service we have ever encountered!

Seller had a good communication and quick response with all the queries. Got replaced my order very efficiently as it was received broken at first due to bad handling of currier company. Very helpful and supportive towards the customer.

Bought a Grey marble nesting coffee table and White and Gold curved site table. As soon i opened the package the the side table was of incorrect colour (delivered me Black curved side table instead of the White and gold). When i opened the 2nd package of the Coffee table, the circular marble top of the nesting coffee table was found broken in the package. I emailed them straight away to the email i received the invoice from (emailed them twice with two issues, one after the other with attached photos) and got a job no# 7520 and 7522. Soon after that i chatted with Frankie and raised the issue again but was told that someone will get back to me via email. But a day later received email from Bishal asking me what the problem was. I am really frustrated as nobody cared for the email that was send plus it was no use chatting online and explaining the problem. Now again i have submitted the problem online and got request number 7524 plus i have reattached both the emails sent previously to Bishal but there is no solution from the company yet.

There was a delay in getting what I ordered but I was helped by Bishal. After raising a dispute i was contacted within 24 hours and given updates on my order and the reasons for the delay.
After receiving I have tried the pet comb on my dog's a little noisy when pressing the cut button but does a great job getting knots out.

The product i bought was worth money. Very reasonable price.

The product was exactly as ordered. Great price, awesome value for money and great communication. Very happy with purchase.
