As others have mentioned, the brow gel leaves a horrible white residue in your brows and looks a bit like dandruff.
But more annoying than that is the fact that I have emailed them three times and been ignored. Terrible customer service.

I order the iteam through Amazon absolutely terrible experience the gel it’s the worst I alwasy use ElF and I decided to give a try by the reviews but unfortunately not sure who wrote this amazing reviews as the iteam it’s bad the hair don’t stay also look like Vaseline
Bought the gel, initially was pleased with its hold, but after a few weeks of use, the consistency changed & it left white fluff all through my brows, like dandruff, horrible.
Wish I could give no stars but there’s not an option. I have been ignored for over a week I have communicated in so many ways email, instagram and had auto replies. I am now left with a faulty brush, a brow get that doesn’t match the “instagram” videos, a half full lip balm! Shocking, not impressed! Annoyed that I fell for it… quick enough to dispatch, not so quick to resolve a compliant!

Really disappointed with this product! I can’t believe I fell victim to an Instagram influencer saying how amazing this brow shape wax was. I done my brows and they actually looked good they held their shape, but a few hours into the day the product left a thick white cast/visible wax all through my brows it looked terrible and I was so embarrassed. Can’t believe I wasted money on this I wish I could get a refund.
I fell for the TikTok hype and bought their brow gel. It’s absolutely terrible. I’ve practiced using this product and it just doesn’t work. I also message their customer service to say it doesn’t work and I tried all the tips they gave. It doesn’t hold your brows in place for more than an hour and it starts to peel off your brows and leave horrible gunk on your face. A waste of money. Don’t fall for all of the videos you see online :(
