Food is great but the containers and particularly the film top are useless and make alot of mess. Even worse when you have to open and stir partway through then try to recover
Absolutely excellent, every one i tried. Especially loved the fish pie, beef bourginion and Thai green chicken curry, but would be happy to reorder all of them. Delicious. And some were even microwave... Voir plus
Absolutely delicious home made food - for my oven! Delighted to have time back and feel I’m being cooked for when I walk into the kitchen and such amazing smells. Will definitely buy again.

Over a week and a half late - apology accepted!
Over a week and a half late. I received a call to apologise and when I asked if we’d get some recompense for this - eg a discount on next purchase - was told they’d get back to me.
They certainly did - my experience resolving this was more than satisfactory.
The food is great. It’s just my mum, who is elderly and needs care, so requires a regular supply of ready meals. And they need to arrive in a timely fashion (which they have so far except that one time).
It was seemingly a one off.
And my mum’s carer’s love heating them for her - simply and quickly.
And (don’t tell my brother and sister this) I love to eat what she can’t finish myself. Yum.
Thanks again to Milly and her team for fixing this.

I won a byRuby voucher in a raffle and hadn’t heard of them before. I ordered coq au vin, beef bourginon and fish pie which were all absolutely fantastic! Delivery and packaging were spot on and so easy to cook at home. I will definitely be ordering again!

Delicious food slight delay with delivery
I bought meals as a gift for a new mother and have been informed the meals are delicious. I did have an issue with delivery which was delayed twice but I was kept well informed and part of the gift message was missing but on providing direct feedback regarding this I received a very quick response.

I loved how easy it was to order meals for my sister (lives in the UK) after she had her baby. It was a great way for me to take care of her from the US. And she loves the meals!

Excellent quality
The meals are really excellent quality. The best ready-prepared meals I have ever had.
They have a number of great options for bundles if you want to buy/gift multiple meals.
The website is very easy to navigate.
It makes a perfect gift for new parents to save time in those early hectic weeks (speaking as someone who has received a byRuby package and bought them for others).
