Scam!! Do not buy!!! They give out bogus phone numbers for contact. They processed my payment immediately and it post to my credit card. Can not reach them and my cc company informed me that they are out of Hong Kong. But they list American addresses. Please do not order—it’s a rip off!!!

Terrible company. sent a shirt that decal is coming off. they will not reply to my emails, the phone# goes to google acct voicemail. ITs all a Scam! do not order from this company!

Do not order from this company, they sell very low-quality knockoffs that are very badly done. They then ask you to send the item back to China for a refund, which shipping costs more than the shirt itself did in the first place. They sell garbage.

I got my confirmation that my shirt had shipped. I noticed that it said small but I needed an extra large. I was panicked because it was a gift for my cousin and I emailed them and said oh my gosh I realized a small shift I need an extra large what can I do? ( I included a screenshot of my order so that they would have my order number and know what I was talking about) Their response was " your screenshot shows you ordered a small and that's what we sent, regards "
I know I ordered a small! It was an accident! I was asking for help on how to correct it!
I was flabbergasted that this was there customer service! I just simply ordered from another company and I'll be returning that one.

Website says its a company from Florida but when the order shipped it shipped from China. Also the customer service was not professional or helpful. I tried to cancel the order less than an hour after I placed it and they replied "it's already been produced". Quality of shirt is not worth it either.

I wish i saw these reviews. they are all right. shirt came but was nothing like the website picture. total scam from China

I ordered a Chris Cornell shirt and never received it. Tried to contact them but the email doesn't exist. Scammers to the max.Have not received my money back either. They need to be shut down. Will try to contact the BBB.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! They sent a shirt that had the letters hanging/peeling off. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Requested refund - never heard from them.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered this shirt. Ordered what I thought was a bling rhinestone t shirt, was just a stencil, no rhinestones. Ordered December 9th and never received it until January 22. Then when I went to check on it, site was no longer there

Got ripped off like everyone else...tried to track shipment, and said site was temporarily shut down for "maintenance", phone # didn't exist, no response by email...Wells Fargo immediately refunded my money...thank you Wells Fargo!...should have known about Trustpilot before this...now I do but will never order anything unless it's a well known company...You low lifes at ByShirts will be cursed by your actions in the end...

I ordered an "officially licensed" BSA sweatshirt, which was then mailed from China and was an obvious sloppy knock-off. I have made many attempts to contact Byshirts with no response. I actually return-mailed the sweatshirt to the address listed on their website; the address does not exist, and the item came back by return mail. Their website is currently "down", no surprise. It is a sham company producing illegal knock-offs.

I ordered shirts December 5th 2019 it is now February 2 2020 Never received my shirts. Tried website says down for maintenance for a month now. SCAM!!!!!!!

I ordered shirts Jan 9 to promote awareness of domestic violence. Web site states 'Delivery in 5-7 business days'. I found these reviews, so why wait to cancel this order that I haven't received. I will also cease utilizing PayPay. Intend to file a complaint with FTC also. Misrepresenting themselves as a US company instead Chinese is fraud, isn't it? First time I have EVER had a problem when ordering online.
UPDATE: Since writing this review, received items in mail today. Silkscreening is worst I've ever seen. And 2 of 3 items - wrong color shirts! I ordered 'forest green' and 'burgundy'. Instead I get a 'fire engine red' shirt and 'bright lime' colored shirt. Avoid the profound frustration and buy local.

WOST QUALITY EVER!!!! I bought a hoodie for my son, three weeks ago, and it looks terrible already!! The quality of this clothes is not even worth $10. DO NOT BUY IT!!!

I do not recommend them. I ordered the shirts in December and until today still have not received. I had ordered them for my gender reveal party, which was on 01/11/2020. I was very disappointed on not having them for it and now more since they haven’t arrived yet.

Like everyone else I ordered a special shirt for my grand daughter's Paris themed birthday party and myshirts.us has scammed me out of my money. Filed a complaint with PayPal and hoping to get my 20$ back but will not hold out hope. Steer clear of the scam.

It's a scam! Some garbage shirts from China with a website that makes it appear as though the products are good and will arrive in a reasonable time. I got my crap shirt 6 weeks after I ordered it. And it was terrible printing, looked nothing like the photo on website. I tried to contact company twice -- no answer. Filed with PayPal and they denied my claim because the company responded to them showing a china post shipping history that it was delivered and I guess that was good enough for PayPal. I won't buy from byshirts and I won't pay through PayPal anymore either.

I was dumb by not reading reviews on this company before I purchased. Go anywhere else!! Never buy from this place. It's a scam.
