I ordered two shirts Dec 14 says shipped n no update since the 19th of December it must be a scam.

Definitely a scam. Tracking is in Chinese and the website "is down" the day after purchase. Ridiculous...

Ordered a shirt for my son on 12/12 and it says still in transit from China as of 12/26 that was the last of shipping info and they won't respond back. Byshirts.com is a complete scam and do not recommend at all. Zero stars

My shirt looks TERRIBLE and no one will email me back!!!!! I wish I had looked at reviews first.

Placed an order on 11/30 for a shirt and it’s been “in transit” from CHINA since 12/15. I’m guessing I’m never receiving the product. I emailed and they sent me the tracking link, which doesn’t help me at all. Filed a fraud claim with my bank. Was only $20, but it’s the principle. Horrible company. SCAMMED!

If I could give zero stars I would. First, they claim to be in Mobile, Alabama. Which in fact, they are in China. Ordered tribute shirts for the Granite Mountain Hot Shots. Took almost a month to receive. The names of ALL 19 hotshots were blurred. You could not read a single name! Horrible quality. When I tried to reach out via email, I got some bogus return message. Nothing from an actual person. No apology, nothing. If time is of the essence or you like good quality shirts, do not order from these "people". They are a scam.

NOT A USA COMPANY, ITEM CAME FROM CHINA. WILL TAKE FOREVER TO RECEIVE. WANTED TO CHANGE THE SIZE, EMAILED THEM THROUGH WEBSITE, NO ANSWER. IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL TO CALL YOURSELF A USA COMPANY AND NOT BE>

Horrible company.Placed an order on Dec 2 still havnt gotten it.I have emailed them 2 tines with no response.Just want my money back.You compant sucks

As has been stated by many disappointed customers already, this company are SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS. I seem to be in the group of purchasers whose package was received in JFK NYC on December 14th and has not moved since that time, today is the 7th of January and I'm only one state over. ( I live in NJ) so it's a pretty good assumption I'm not going to receive my package.Also, I had sent 3 emails without the courtesy of one response and the phone number is not a working number, total scam. In dispute with PayPal, which I would NEVER use for purchase overseas again, they are taking forever to refund me, and from this page I see others are in dispute with PayPal as well, they need to STOP funding this fraudulent vendor.

If i could give 0 stars, I would. I got the wrong shirt and the quality is extremely poor. Nothing compared to the pictures online.

Didn't want to give 1 star. But much the same as already said. Ordered on 12/8 received today 1/6 it was a Christmas gift. Needless to say I found it local cheaper. Contacted by shirts. They wanted order number again. Resent heard nothing more . so rewrote 2 wks later. Reply said... You will receive it soon. That's all it said. It arrived today 1 month later. Inside the package it was sealed and soaking wet. Colors all ran. Not sure if ship sunk on way over or just went through the ship wash. Had I known it was coming from China and not Alabama. Never would I have ordered it. And PayPal is useless. They tell you to contact a seller that doesn't contact you back but continues to do business with a rouge company like byshirts. So PayPal is every bit as bad. I will order nothing more on line through PayPal. Adhere to the warnings stay clear of by shirts.

Scam - the phone number is fake, the address is fake, the product is crap. Do not buy from here!!!!!!

My husband ordered a t-shirt from Byshirts.us on Dec 13. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for our son-in-law. They list an Alabama address on their website, but when we received shipping info, it said it was shipping via China Post! We tried contacting Byshirts.us, but no response. We should've known when we paid through PayPal, and the Sellers name was listed as "Chic,Inc.", that something was fishy. Now we have to wait and see if the item actually arrives or not. PayPal won't do anything in the meantime, but we plan on contacting the FTC. That website is a total scam!

Ordered one shirt and received tracking information that it was shipped on Dec. 5. When I I clicked to track the shipping it is all in Chinese. Nowhere on the site does it say it ships out of China. Unfortunately, it has not moved since Dec. 14th despite the estimated delivery of January 6. When I check EMS it will not give me any further information. I have contacted the seller twice with no response. Don’t waste your time or money.

Just like the others said. My shirt size was incorrect, the image was not at all as it was depicted on their website, it actually looked like an iron on. They have a bogus address listed on their website although the domain is registered from shanghai china. I won't bother trying to get a refund, I will initiate a charge back with my bank after the weekend. I will also be filing a complaint with econsumer.gov for online fraud because of the bogus address. Lastly I found the person on pixel.com who originally uploaded the graphic I wanted on my shirt to notify them that they have a copyright infringement to pursue. I really hope their order number for my order is not a legitimate count of orders because that puts me in a long line of around 25 thousand people who were probably upset as well at their merchandise. Hoping to get this site banned.

I don't give this company any stars... 0 is just not an option!!! I am so angry this company is scamming people out of their hard-earned money. The shirts looks nothing like the shirts on the website they are discolored faded and very hard to read. They also have a weird odor! Do not order from this company, do not support at all, it's like throwing your money out of the window. They do not inform you that all items are shipped from China even though they claim to be local. I ordered an item December 10th I didn't get the item to January 3rd...they will not give refunds the contact numbers are incorrect and there is no one to help. They are horrible... Please do not support this company do not trust!!!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I can't even view the image that was supposed to be printed on it.

The print quality is awful, and customer service is non existent. for the past 2 weeks i tried to return a shirt and the only thing I've gotten back is my own message and tracking info on my package. i am absolutely appalled. It's like they're trying to wait for my time limit to be finished so they won't have to refund me. never again.
