I am so grateful to have finally found a brand that comfortably fits our Cavapoo. And the products are a perfect match for our own lifestyle and aesthetic. And most importantly, they are functional! Delphi and David are beautiful people. I value their authenticity and the genuine care and love they put into everything they do. They listen to customers, and even if things don't go right, they work hard to put it right. As far as I can tell, while the business is growing, they are still prioritising what matters, and long may that continue I hope.

We absolutely love all our items we have purchased from By Teddy. All great quality and made to last while also being stylish too. My mini poodle especially loved our travel bag and hops into it every time we bring it out. 🩷

Love this company for my Chihuahua, brought her two car seats that double up as beds when we travel and the puffer bag for when she wants to be carried. Good quality and delivery.

I absolutely love the quality and the look of by teddy products. I actually use them for my ragdoll kitten, Winston- he refuses to go in any bed I buy him but despite his ‘car seat’ being a car seat he always opts to nap in it even not in the car! I also have the little sling bag and he loves to go out and about in it but also likes to snuggle up in it and watch while I cook! I have followed along with by teddy since long before I got Winston, but I emailed customer service just to show them how much Winston loves the products and they got back to me so quickly with a really lovely email- just shows what a great company it is that they are so involved with customers and care so much about feedback. I will continue to buy from by teddy- it feels so premium and the customer service is just such a really special touch that made me love it even more. Thank you 🩷

I ordered a fleece bodysuit today as I was gifted a voucher for my cavalier Benny for his birthday.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong colour but By Teddy quickly rectified this before dispatch, outstanding customer service, look forward to ordering more things as literally love everything!

My Bertie absolutely loves his By Teddy car seat. I love the fact it’s soft with no hard edges and Bertie is completely safe when out for a drive. It is very well made and the dark chocolate colour is easy to keep clean

We absolutely love this brand, it fits with our style perfect. We love that they cater for our tiny girl (xxs). Fits like no other and we absolutely love that the leather is vegan! 🩷

By Teddy products are lovely excellent quality, well thought out for the comfort of your dog. I purchased the boucle car seat and it is great I bought the medium size for my little dog Dudley as I wanted him to have room to move about, he feels safe in the car seat as it anchors well to back and front head rests. I am very pleased with my purchase and can highly recommend this product.

I do wonder if anyone can help make sense of the method in this company’s madness… 😂

They release new dog treats, so I ordered some on subscription, hoping my dog would like them. The idea was simple, the subscription gets taken each month and the treats arrive, easy peasy! 🐶

Turns out I can’t actually read my dog’s mind, and unfortunately, she doesn’t like the treats. So I tried to cancel my subscription, only to be told that the company refuses to cancel it until TWO payments have been received. 🤦🏼‍♀️

So apparently, people are expected to continue paying for and receiving treats they don’t need or want, just because their dog didn’t like them?!

Then, when I emailed asking them to cancel the subscription, I’m now being told they want to send me an invoice to pay the difference in price for the treats, because apparently you get a discounted price when you subscribe, but they cost more if you buy them as a one-off. 😂

Is it just me, or does anyone else think this is absolutely absurd and a bit money-grabbing? I’m genuinely baffled by the whole thing. Hahah 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

The bed turned out smaller than I expected, though that’s on me for not double‑checking the measurements. Luckily, the size actually works well in my office, so no real issue there and the cocker spaniel fits. Where I’m less convinced is the value for money. At £125, I’m struggling to see what justifies the price. It doesn’t feel noticeably more comfortable than other dog beds, and the fabric isn’t particularly soft, in fact, it’s a bit rough, which I’m not keen on. So if it’s not comfort or materials, the cost must be down to the design, which I’ll admit is very stylish and looks great. The cream colour is lovely too. Overall, I’m somewhere between pleased and slightly disappointed. I wouldn’t buy it again. And as for my dog, she hasn’t taken to it at all. She dug at it, pulled strands out, and only sits on it when she’s chewing a treat. Sleeping on it? Not happening. Ah well, you win some, you lose some.

I have purchased a few items from By Teddy, the car seat, a couple of jumpers, matcha toy and the cross body lead. Everything is fantastic quality, their eye for detail is superb and everything looks so stylish. Shipping is super fast too. I will 100% be purchasing more!

By Teddy is my favourite dog shop!!! Beautiful products, well made, stylish and very functional. I have been buying pieces all year and only picked up our puppy 3 days ago. Now excited to get to use them all!!

Really poor quality at a premium price point. Car seat coming apart at the seams after only a few months! Not really what you’d expect for £195 - customer service offered no help and just said they didn’t offer a warranty. Would shop elsewhere and save your money!

Absolutely love my puffer dog seat. This is my dog’s 2nd ByTeddy car seat. Prompt service and delivery. Excellent quality. Could not be happier!

Pre ordered a dog carrier, had to chase it up and told it was being sent out on the 25th, has not arrived. Resolution centre shows it as not dispatched so cannot help. Comments on Facebook page constantly deleted and I now appear to be blocked.
UPDATE - am posting on here again as it seems to be the only way to get a response from this company, was promised an update yesterday after posting my review. Have heard nothing and comments on Facebook are being deleted. Cannot get my money back via their resolution process so will have to go via bank.
