READ THIS BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING. I purchased 5 pairs of shoes, two were boots. Shipping took forever because it came from China. I found the same items with the same photo the used from Shein. My shoes from them finally came after weeks. The boots did not look like the color in the website. Everything was cheap quality. 2 of the shoes were the same from Shein website that was 1/4 of the price. I even ordered the one from Shein to compare. I tried to return and it's not easy. They will try to give you a discount if you want to return. The tried to negotiate with me 3 times and I said no because the products likes cheap not like what's on their website. Finally they said hi ahead and send it back but they gave me an address that was in China. Shipping costed me $95. Items are with custom in China and have been stuck there for over a month and a half. I contacted Whitmore and they said they can't refund unless they have the items. Now I am out of $350. If you are going to purchase something from them, hope you like it because it's not worth returning. They will try everything to have you keep it. You can't start a return unless you contact them by email first and they have to approve your return.

Bywhitmore is a scam company with false advertising. I insisted on returning a product and I could never get the full cost of what I paid. Because it says Whitmore California I was under the impression that is when the company was based out of but it’s in CHINA. To return will cost me just as much as I paid for the item. Complete fraud. It took 6 weeks to get the item.

The site was easy to order from. There were a great selection of boots for all tastes!

I ordered the maxi skirt set mostly because it was on sale but it ended up feeling like a proper wardrobe piece. The fabric is light but not cheap feeling and the fit matched the size chart well. I’ve already worn the pieces together once and separately too, so it feels worth it.

Very reasonable prices and a great selection of dresses. My grandson is getting married in October and I wanted a dress with 3/4 sleeves. Found it!

for wearing to future parties.

These pointed toe slingbacks surprised me. I usually avoid pointed shoes because they pinch but these were comfortable enough for a full work day.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT ORDER from this fraudulent company located in China!!! Items on the website are not what you will receive! DO NOT believe the reviews! The dress I ordered was nothing like the photo. The 917-814-3273 number cant be completed as dialed. The address is bogus! DON'T ORDER!

I ordered a dress.....what they show in advertisement looks nothing like what was received, which was a flimsy cheap piece of fabric with sleeves. They stopped communicating after I refused to accept their 20%off offer on my next order. This company is NOT in California....It is in China

This company is a fraud. First of all, the items are from China. i ordered a beautiful white, feathered dressed that was advertised. Instead i received a totally different dress, which looked like a middle schooler sewed together, nothing like the picture advertised. Definitely a catfish. I asked about return, and I have to mail the item to China at my OWN EXPENSE, and wait until it's received and they process the return which could take weeks. Save your money. this is a scam, and these other reviews are by bots. Dont believe them

I ordered a pair of shoes. They didn't look anything close to what was advertised. The material was not leather but plastic and they were also cut very small, even though I ordered a half size larger than my normal fit. Nowhere on the shoe the size was printed. The options to keep the shoe are useless and it's too expensive to return. Stay away from this company.

The high neck fringe dress is not something I’d wear every day but wow it’s fun. Wore it out once and got asked about it twice. It moves nicely and feels like one of those pieces you save for nights when you actually want attention.

whitmore of california sent me a product not describe. also when i requested a refund they only wanted to refund me 10 percent of 75.00 dollars such a scam stay away!! i report to BBB

First off this is not a boutique in California, it some sweatshop in China and it will take about a month for you to receive an item because its not guaranteed you will get what you think you purchased. Now when you want to return it, they will start with offering you 10% of your money back plus a store credit, ummm no I dont want a credit because I now know you are scammers. Not to mention, they want you to pay for return shipping back to China but yet the package had a NY address on it. Even though the website states that they will provide a label if its their error, you can show them the obvious error, they will then offer you 100% store credit and 30% of your money back and get this...they dont want their crap back either. This is how you get your money back...tell them you are going to contact your card company and do a chargeback, the moment you tell them that or the card company starts it...they send you an email saying your money will be refunded. DONT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS
