Great service, so excited for my purchase!

Great experience so far.

I ordered a dress. The packaged arrived the dress was not the dress that I ordered . I contacted the customer service, I wanted to return the dress. They offer me 10% off the purchase price. They refused to let me return the dress. Unless I sent it back on my own to China. The dress was a terrible. DO NOT USE THIS Company .

The beige jumpsuit came neatly packed with no weird smell, which I always notice. It feels breathable and easy, especially for long days. I wore it with flats and it still looked clean, not lazy.

Awful clothing quality and false advertisement. The clothing looks nothing like it does online. VERY annoyed

I highly recommend Whitmore. Quality and choices are extraordinary.

Easy to navigate site, great variety of styles

I bought the ankle boots and the skirt set in the same order and both felt better than expected for sale items. The boots look clean and flattering, while the set feels soft and easy to wear. Shipping took around a week and everything arrived properly packed.

These clothes are junk. I never buy from online stores. I don’t know, but I took a chance this time bad decision.
The clothing is cheap not made well polyester, and flimsy. Absolutely do not buy this because if you want to return it, they make it absolutely impossible because you have to send it back to China.
They also do a lot of haggling with you to try to give you a store credit or a percentage off-a total waste of my money and my time. So disappointed that I was taken— the photos of the clothing or not at all what they are when you receive them in person.

The store had horrible product quality. I ordered dresses for engagement photos and I could not wear them due to them being see through. When I requested a refund due to misleading photos about their quality the company told me they could only give me 30% back. The customer service and quality of products is atrocious! Do not order for this website.

I’ve tried a few bonnets before and most either slipped off or felt too tight. This one sits better and doesn’t annoy me while I’m sleeping. My curls look softer in the morning too. For me, it’s been worth adding to my routine.

The low pointed slingbacks are such a nice work shoe. They look sharp but still feel comfortable enough to actually wear, not just photograph.

They are a fraud!!! Number doesn't work, boots look like they are dollar general shoes, there's no size on them to see what they sent, there's no tag to show what they are made of. A size 7 would be too big for a sasquach. Then they want me to send more money to get a different size. SCAM, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

1, The phone number provided, 917 814 3273, does not answer and then hangs up on you.
2. They should be ashamed of themselves!  This obviously is a scam to me. Bait and switch! The outfit they sent me looked NOTHING like what you advertised. a. The one you sent was not a low V-neck as shown in the photo; instead, it was high-necked and zippered in the back. The one you sent was cheap material with wrinkles. The one you sent had a base of cheap, messy fake fur, not feathers as shown in the photo. The size I ordered was  XL, and since you are based in California, I figured it was an American size XL. Instead, it is an XL for a child, and it is so small it would never fit anyone in the USA with an XL size.
You need to be reported for fraud, and you need to be held accountable. WHAT YOU DID WAS FRAUDULENT!!
