So first time ordering from them, just bought a new car so want to look after it. Bought quite a lot of Bilt Hammer products. Brilliant service, quick delivery, and packaged well so there was no damage. Will order again from them.

I ordered on the 13/2/26 with Royal Mail 48hr delivery and I still haven’t received the item and it’s now 23/2/26. I have emailed, spoken on the live chat and messaged on social media and have had no response! This is absolutely ridiculous as they’ve had my money and I haven’t got my order. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

The products are second to none. The service is also second to none. Had a small problem with a spray bootle trigger that would not pump. I emailed them and it was put right immediately with no hassle. In fact they sent me 3 bottles and 3 triggers to replace it. I ordered Yum detailer which is a really good product, and the price was very competitive as well. I will be buying more.

Great company i received my order the next day with a free interior cleaning pad. The prices are as good or cheaper than competitors. This was the first time I have bought from C A Detailing. Overall I was very impressed with the service and experience of using their web site. Products easy to navigate, competitive pricing, with some nice special offers available which is always good to receive. My order was promptly picked and delivery was quick and efficient.
