Easy to find a great deal through the website. We found a suitable car in great condition. Easy to collect just outside of arrivals at Cairns Airport, and dropped off a week later with no dramas. Couldn't have been easier.

Adam the rental person was very good. We had an upgrade for our vehicle which was very nice. A good service and picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. I would recommend them to other people.

Slightly confusing on where to stand for the rental firms shuttle that takes you from the Int Airport to the rental yard. However, we managed to find our way to the right spot eventually. The shuttle driver was welcoming and shuttle ride only took 3 - 4 minutes to arrive at their yard.
We were quite lucky in that the entire fleet is brand new. We hired a sexy little Kia that was surprisingly spacey. It got us up to the Daintree forest and half way to Townsville without getting a sore bum and it only cost Au$60 to fill the tank which is about 500km of driving.
My wife and I plan to be in Cairns every 6 months and won't be looking anywhere else for rental vehicles. These guys are a good bunch of people, the cars are modern and their pricing is very competitive.

Very competitive rates and quite new cars. However, had to wait forty minutes for the shuttle coach to show up.

Would use again

Had a Holden Epica a few years old, clean inside, few minor dings and scratches on bodywork, but that didn't worry us.
It looked reasonable, was great on petrol consumption.
On the whole, quite happy and would use again.
We were bussed to depot in Cairns from airport, only a few minutes away,
bussed backed to airport, all ran smoothly with no holdups.

Great and friendly service from start to end. The Hyundai i20 I hired was a fantastic car and pretty much brand new. The people at Eastcoast are super friendly for example, The guy who picks you up at Cairns domestic airport will give you great advice for what to do and see whilst in Cairns and makes you feel welcome. Over all I will definitely hit them up again if I am in town.
