Everything was great. The car was great for the price I paid and the staff were great with their service. Would definitely use them again.

I booked a car for rental in Caine over the phone . I was sold extra insurance because I did not want a huge excess if I had an accident. I was told over the phone the extra insurance I purchased there would be no excess which was untrue. When we got to East coast car rental there was a large excess unless I took there insurance. I was told that it was an independent company that sold me the insurance which they don't use. So I paid for two lots of insurance, so I would have no excess. So it was untrue what the sale guy sold me over the phone. If you listen to the call he laid. As for East Coast car rental they are fantastic & I will book with them again. They also give you 10% when hiring for the second time.

Hyundai I20 was ideal for my wife and I. Drove around Cairns mainly and up to Karanda, and cost $28 to re-fill before delivering it back after 5 days use. Very happy

Was a bit sceptic before, because the prices were really good.
Finally, no prob, no major hidden fees.

I did my hire from Red Spot (through Cairns Airport Car Hire), the only additionnal fees I got were about the credit card fees (which are not indicated on the website, and there is no solution to avoid them since Red Spot make a 200$ deposit lock on your credit card ... but the problem is probably on Red Spot side)

Even though we had a little hiccup with the first rental we picked up, the problem was solved with little hassle, given we were a way away from the airport, and it was getting on late night, and we were on our way again in no time at all. fantastic effort to all involved!

Hired a car from Cairns airport. Was picked up by shuttle bus and taken inti the city office. Everything was run efficiently and professionally. Car was clean and reliable which made our holiday all that much more enjoyable

Airport parking was great place to park your car cheap and convenient. I was running late for my flight stuck in traffic when I got to the parking they gave me quick service and got me to the airport in time. When I arrived back they picked me up very quickly will definitely recommend.

Great service, bus was waiting to pick us up when we got off the plane, good car with great aircon, drop off easy and dropped back to the airport in plenty of time.

When I arrived at Cairns airport I was greeted early in the morning with a very welcome staff member who answered every question and helped me get on my way with my car rental. Would definitely use these guys again!

Happy with car we got. Service was fast and friendly. Car pick up is not on Cairns Airport but free shuttle bus is coming on call and is very fast.
Overall, we are happy with our car hire experience from these guys and will use them again.
