See my opinion in one sentence. Hertz handled the situation well but I was getting twitchy towards the end as the indicated 15 minute wait extended well over 30 minutes.

The most professional and simple site to navigate with what appears to be good prices and clear terms.

Booking a car in Cairns from Adelaide was really easy. Was able to check out easily exactly what I was getting. Easily navigable site and confirmation was quick.

There was plenty of variety and options, it was easy to use and there were so many savings to be had. You only pay a deposit and full payment on arrival, and there were good options for extra insurance. I would definitely use again and definitely recommend.

very dissapointed you call yourself cairnsairportcarhire which to me would say I was able to pick the car up at the airport, not so I made a booking only to find out that I have to pick the car up in cairns It is misleading and I would be loathed to use you again. I have a 90 year old parent with me and this I find very inconvenient. I spoke to a young man who supplys the vehicle and he kindly offered to bring the car to the airport . So i say to you and anyone who wished to use your service think twice. You seem to be a big booking company who is rather clever and decieving with your words.
