The delivery driver was super friendly and went out of his way to ensure it was delivered, even with difficulty accessing the residential area with his van. The cake was gorgeous, perfectly presented and delicious. My other half loved it, as did their family and work colleagues. I look forward to ordering again in the future.
Very bad dint help with anything I asked for a cake and rude lady came and shouted when it’s my first time here saying I was here from yesterday i tell her I wasn’t but then she started shouting I ask polity for a cake but then shouts even more so I leave won’t be coming back
A little late putting up.
Went to the coulsdon branch of Cake Forest. For a Birthday cake for my partner.
The lady was brilliant and was able to sort out everything for me.
I think she was called Nisha.
She went through everything, and managed to get everything for the cake.
It was a Budu & Dudu template.
My partner loved it.
It was made perfectly and tasted 😋 lovely.
I highly recommend this shop in coulsdon.
And the lady Nisha had excellent customer service. And made sure I had what I asked for.

Unfortunately the design of the cake out matches the customer service ...neglected to put on the message of the cake for a wedding for the next day ...apparently because I did not answer the phone in time for them to put it on even though it was clearly ordered online with the message ...when phoned to let them know was told abruptly that
" I tried to call you and you did not pick up in time so I left it "
Synics might say that maybe because the cake had two male names on it and not the "traditional male and female
This is the second year I have ordered a cake for my boys birthday and Cake Forest in South Croydon never disappoints!!! The cake was beautiful and tasted absolutely delicious. Everyone at the party was drooling over the cake and ate more than one slice. It really lived up to my expectations. I received so many compliments on the quality of the cake and everyone loved it. To top off the perfection of the cake, the staff at the shop are absolutely amazing. They are so helpful, polite and go out of their way to please you. They even remember my boys names 😊!!! An absolute 10 out of 10!!! See you guys very soon 😄
