Ordered a birthday cake online for my daughter and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The cake arrived right on time, was absolutely delicious, and my daughter’s verdict was a big “yum yum!”

A special mention to the lovely girl who delivered it she was so friendly and kind, which really added to the experience.

It’s great to find such fantastic service even when ordering from afar. Highly recommend this shop and will definitely order again .

Not only did I order a cake last minute with several specifications (vegan, personalised message etc.) but they did an absolutely fantastic job and went above and beyond! The cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious and the people at Jack and Beyond were so lovely. The birthday girl absolutely loved the cake!

I ordered the Tropical Fruits and Cream Layer cake (12") for my small wedding gathering of 28.
I've always imagined having a fruit cake on the day, and was really pleased Jack & Beyond had this at a very reasonable price (especially since it was for a wedding). I set the delivery on the day and location in London, and it came just in time before my scheduled cake cutting - which was a risk! But the cake was absolutely delightful and everything I wanted. It was light and fluffy, with fresh fruits. I only wished we'd been able to keep more of it at the end!

Needed a cake to feed more than 50 people so they added a layer on to the 12 inch cake, which was more than enough. The cake - lemon and elderflower - tasted delicious, looked amazing and everything, down to the ordering and delivery was very smooth. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and to use Jack & Beyond again.

Short sighted management. I had a gift card purchased for me for my birthday by my daughter, but put it away and forgot about it. Found it a week ago and messaged them because it was 2 months out of date, to ask if they would still honour it. They wouldn’t extend it. So not only am I unable to enjoy my birthday gift, but my daughter is now out of pocket for the gift she purchased in good faith. Seriously? 2 months out of date? I’m shocked by their petty mindedness. Will not go there again out of principle and will make absolutely sure that I do not take any of the many guests that come to stay. Your loss Jack and Beyond!

Thank you for your sarcastic response. As already stated, I received this as a birthday gift. It has an expiry date on the front of the voucher and does not state when it was purchased. I have not had it for a year. It might come as a surprise to you that listening to your customers, rather than brushing them off, is a better policy.

The Victoria Sponge and Apricot Cupcakes were absolutely some of the best cupcakes I have ever had! Tasty even when cold, that's how ya know ;) Felt the chocolate Guinness & bailey's cupcakes could use more deep chocolate flavour in the sponge, which I found moist but a bit bland, as with the lovely silky buttercream, in which I could hardly detect any Bailey's which would otherwise have been great! So for the slight miss on flavour in the choco cupcake, 4 instead of 5 stars. Still, overall very pleased and will be a repeat customer.

My friend and I (who are both cake obsessed) did the Bottomless Cake experience and we absolutely loved it! There are 7 different cake flavours on the menu and we were served a sharing plate at the start with one of each. The staff kindly explained to us that this gives us the opportunity to try all the cakes first before ordering more (you can order as many more slices as you want after finishing the sharing plate) and we loved all the cakes, they tasted so fresh. Our favourites were the Pistachio cake, the Cheesecake and the Carrot Cake but honestly they were all so nice! The staff were lovely and attentive. We also had a coffee each and it was amazing (and I am picky when it comes to my Flat Whites). Overall a great experience! Thank you J&B team!

My girlfriend booked for me the bottomless cake and hot drinks package for my birthday.
The experience was underwhelming at best.
Firstly, the service was non-existent as you had to go to the counter to pick your selected cakes and hot drink.
The cakes and hot drink are good but not exceptional.
I expected to be served as the bottomless package is timed.
No kind of food presentation when provided with the cakes.
I was disappointed as it was my birthday treat and was expecting something more bespoke, elegant and enjoyable.
Not coming back or recommending anyone.

Highly recommend this place extremely friendly lovely staff.
I came here with my children and my dog and it was a lovely experience. It was my Dogs’s birthday. The staff were lovely with her, making her feel very loved and spoilt. She thoroughly enjoyed the doggy afternoon tea. I would highly recommend this place. The cakes are simply divine And it’s an overall lovely experience if there are a few of you, it’s probably better to book as it’s not the largest place, but they do have indoor and outdoor seating. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back x

I ordered a surprise birthday cake for my son. It was delivered to his place of work. Delivered on time in perfect condition. Everyone who had a slice was very impressed with the delicious cake. They all wanted to know where it was ordered from.

The whole experience was excellent! I didn’t realise I had such a wonderful patisserie on my doorstep! I needed a cake for my mother’s birthday and I was amazed by the service and the cake itself. I chose the raspberry and pistachio cake which was light and so tasty with just the right amount of sweetness. It was so pretty we half didn’t want to cut it!

Cake was incredible, got the vegan peanut butter and chocolate banana cake - I would highly recommend. Staff were really friendly, and great communication.
