I ordered a heart-shaped cake for my wife’s birthday (Order No. #98438), but the cake delivered was completely different from what I ordered and was of very poor quality. I’m sharing the photos for comparison.

The order was scheduled for midnight delivery, but it was delivered at around 8:30 PM, which was completely unexpected. When I contacted their team, I received unreasonable explanations, and they have refused to provide a refund.

Very disappointing product and customer service. Please be careful before ordering and don’t waste your hard-earned money.

I strongly recommend people avoid ordering from CakesPortal.in based on my experience.

I placed an order worth ₹1,049, but the order was not delivered, and I have not received a refund either. I tried contacting their customer support by email regarding Order ID #97833, but there has been no response. What is even more concerning is that I could not find any proper customer-care contact number to resolve the issue.

This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Please be cautious before placing an order on CakesPortal.in. I would not recommend using CakesPortal.in until they address such customer complaints and provide reliable customer support and refunds.

Scam! They did not deliver, but sent an email that it was delivered 10 hours after the event.

I don't have recieved order according to my order. Please refund my money. You guyz giving a wrong promise while you taking the order. I m sent you mail also. Please no budy will give the order with cakesportal.

Please..please...please..it's big scammers portal..waste of money..waste of time.. On my experience with order#97256..it's the most worrest service in my life.I have ordered for birthday to deliver on July 21st night.waited till midnight 1 Am..but order status changed to postponed. No phone available and no response for mails..finally got response on 22nd July morning that we will look into the order.after so many followups and mails they started working on evening 5pm on 22nd and delivered 22nd evening 7:30pm.But the birthday girl moved another city.No value for order around 1000 rupees.Postoffice service is much better than with this cake portal service. I full disappointed with this services. Thanks cake portal for bitter experience.

Our experience with CakesPortal was extremely disappointing. We placed an order for a birthday cake and paid in full, but the order was cancelled by the company. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, we have neither received a refund nor any response. Their customer care number is always unavailable, and our emails have gone unanswered.

The cancellation ruined our birthday celebration, and we lost our money as well. Based on our experience, we would not recommend ordering from this website.

Very very bad , Please don’t order cakes from this company. This is a fraudulent company. I placed an order for someone I know, and they still haven’t delivered it. However, they sent me an email claiming that the order has already been delivered.

Very disappointed, the cake delivery was 12hrs late.. Ruined my surprise. Also no intimation or apology from the them. Will never order from here.

Worst delivery and cake you delivered is expiry and fungus cake you deliver such a bad experience . It is serious hygiene and safety issue . If return option available i can return on the time.

This is a fraud portal. I ordered a cake and bouquet worth ₹1,600 through this portal on 22 December 2025. At the last moment, just before the scheduled delivery time, upon inquiry through mail, i was informed that the order could not be delivered because they did not have a delivery person available for my location that day.

I immediately asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. The order was cancelled, but I have still not received any refund till date. They have no contact number to call, and they are also not responding to emails.

Completely fraudulent portal and company. Avoid.

i've ordered a cake on 26th of Nov 2025 and below was the response and i've filed compliant them against in RBI to investigate

Everything is wrong, they cancelled the order at the last moment after receiving the payment of the order with an excuse of unable to deliver at the location. And it's been almost 3 weeks no refund, not answering any email.. Even now their email is not working, no contact number either. I wish someone moves legally in this case.. And the reviews at the site are the ones they approve.. Not even real reviews..
