Please do not order from FNP. They are absolutely pathetic and seem more interested in looting customers than providing any real service.
On the 18th, I placed an order for my friend’s birthday gift and even paid extra for fast delivery. They failed to deliver it on the promised time. When I contacted them, they gave nothing but robotic copy-paste replies and falsely assured me it would arrive before 7 PM the same day. Once again, they failed miserably.
The next day, on 19th April, they again guaranteed delivery by 3 PM. Shockingly, they failed yet again. This time, they completely ignored my messages and stopped responding altogether.
They ruined the entire surprise, spoiled an important birthday moment, wasted my time, and took my money without delivering what was promised. When I asked for cancellation and a refund, they went silent.
This company is nothing but false promises, terrible service, and blatant disrespect for customers. I have screenshots as proof of every lie and excuse they made. FNP is simply bluffing people and taking their money.

WHAT HAPPENED
I placed an order on Ferns N Petals (FNP) for a birthday cake to be delivered to my sister on her birthday — a moment that cannot be replicated. FNP failed to deliver the product.
When I contacted customer support, their own representative (Miss Launata) verbally confirmed:
• No delivery personnel were available
• She had no information on when delivery would happen
• She had no driver contacts or any timeline to offer
Despite openly admitting they could not fulfil the order, the same representative REFUSED to process a refund. FNP took my money, admitted they had nothing to deliver it with, and then denied me a refund — all in the same conversation.

WHAT FOLLOWED: SYSTEMATIC SILENCE
I sent a formal legal notice on March 31, 2026 to NINE email addresses at FNP — including their Grievance Officer, PR head, and senior leadership (grievance and others).
Result: ZERO response. Not one acknowledgement. Not a single automated reply.
I sent a second escalation notice on April 13, 2026.
Still nothing.
This is not a logistics failure. A company that holds ₹1,347 for 14+ days after admitting they cannot provide the service, and goes completely silent after a formal legal notice, is making a deliberate organisational choice.

WORST EXPERIENCE
The websites like FNP is used to celebrate special occasions when you are away from home and miss your family. I ordered cake and flowers for my father's birthday (orderID: 71754249) and they obly delivered flowers without cake.
when i checked the website the status was "Hold", they dint even care to inform that cake will be delivered late until i reached out to them. Also their chatbot wont connect to live agent it kept on giving message that the order is delivered.
I finally somehow got hold of Live chat operator to ask and she mentions the cake can only be delivered in the evening. when asked for alternative cakes they dont have any with them. It was so ridiculous!!! Firstly they charge you premium for all the items and they continue to spoil your special occasions like this.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Ferns N Petals.
My order was initially scheduled for delivery on 18th April 2026. It has now been repeatedly delayed, and the latest update shows delivery pushed to 20th April 2026. Despite multiple assurances, the delivery date keeps getting extended with no accountability.
The tracking status has remained stuck at “soft data upload,” which clearly suggests that the shipment has not even been properly processed. On top of that, I have received a response stating that no refund will be granted, even though the company has failed to deliver the product within the promised timeline.
Customer support has been extremely poor — multiple emails and follow-ups have either gone unanswered or resulted in generic responses with no real solution.
This is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I am left without the product, without a refund, and without any clarity. This reflects a serious lack of professionalism and customer commitment.
I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company unless they are willing to deal with delays, poor support, and rigid policies that do not favor the customer.

Pathetic service and delayed delivery. The special occasion was missed and FnP didn't Cancel my order and just processed it, even if the delivery was after the occasion. There is no concept of REFUND. DoNOT recommend to anyone

"Avoid Ferns N Petals (FNP) at all costs. They had an agent call me specifically to take my order and payment, but the moment the money was gone, communication stopped. I never received an update. When I finally chased them down, they casually mentioned the item was 'unavailable'—yet nobody bothered to tell me.
To make it worse, they refused to refund my bank account, trying to force me to take 'FNP credits' for a service I will never use again. I had to spend 2 hours on the phone arguing just to get my own money back, and now they claim it will take 7–10 business days. They are proactive when selling but completely incompetent when it comes to customer service and basic honesty. Use a local florist instead; it's not worth the headache."

I had a very bad experience with Ferns N Petals (FNP).
I ordered flowers as a special surprise for my friend, but they delivered old and low-quality flowers. This completely ruined the entire moment and the purpose of the order.
Instead of taking proper responsibility, they offered me FNP Cash instead of refunding my money to the original payment method. I clearly told them I do not want to use their service anymore, but they are still pushing store credit, which is unacceptable.
This was not just about flowers — it was about emotions and timing, which they completely failed to understand.
Very unprofessional handling of the issue. I would not recommend FNP to anyone based on this experience.
Avoid if you care about quality and reliability.

My order number is 7163515101. I had used FNp for gifting something special to my sister on her birthday. I had sent a money plant ,a sunflower & a cake to her. The delivery time was given as 30-60 min for which they charged me as well. After ordering and payment I get a call almost 1 hour later saying your order is delayed as the place is far. I was okay with it as long as the order is delivered. The order got delivered after say 3-4 hrs later with the money plant glass broken and leaking. The sunflower was also almost wilted. The cake's icing had melted and was ruined. The delivery person already had mentioned he will replace the plant and sunflower the next day but there was no response after that. My money was wasted and those tiny good moments also were ruined. Thank you so much Fnp for making such a great memory that I will never forget. Would suggest finding someone who really cares rather than just promises and doesnt deliver.

Ordered a cake for same day delivery. Extra money was charged. A cske costing 300 rs in local market is overly priced at 800 rs . Even then I ordered . Delivery Time slot was given as option 9 am to 9 pm. To my surprise cake was not delivered. When called customer service they replied same day delivery means 48 hours. When asked for the refund she replied no and zero refund policy. Pathetic service.
If you want to order better use some other app .

Money was deducted from my PayPal, but Ferns N Petals (FNP) India did not confirm the order. When I placed the same order from another account, that one got confirmed—showing a serious system issue.
Customer support only gave copy-paste replies, no clear answer, no timeline, and kept passing the issue between teams. My time and money were wasted.
Very unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend FNP India.SCAM!!!!!!
