Cal Pharma Avis 81

Hello,
I placed an order in May with the knowledge it would not arrive until July. The order was shipped but never arrived. It was damaged before it arrived and I don't know what happened to it. I have been trying to get in touch with someone to help me but I am not getting a response from emails or phone calls. This order was over $3000. Someone please help.

We ordered on May 26 and still have not received our order! I’ve sent two emails over the past two weeks with no word.

I received 2 bottles laat week and one was empty. I have sent 2 emails with no response from your company.

I have to give 3 stars for a couple reasons. #1, I received NO shipping information regarding my order. I had no way to track it, or see if it even got sent. Before it arrived, I was left wondering if I had been duped and lost money on this purchase. #2, I reached out to customer service via their website to ask for shipping information regarding my order, but no one ever got back to me. Again, I was just left wondering. I like this product but I wish communication was better.

Ease of ordering with great products at reasonable prices.

Purchased a product called “Anti-Aging Misturizer with SPF30” from amazon, sold by Cal Pharma. The product listing fraudulently includes a picture showing the active ingredients as mineral only. The actual product received has zero mineral active ingredients and all chemicals, including octocrylene and oxybenzone, known problematic chemicals. Be very careful if doing business with this company.

easy to navigate company. Great value products, quick and efficient service and delivery. Have used multiple times and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I never received my order and have been unable to contact the company by phone or email. I would like a refund or my product.

My order 000002656 was placed on 4/30 and I have yet to receive it. Checked on it and was given a fed ex tracking # that is useless!!! Order was due to arrive on 5/13/22 still no order and I need it for a party on 5/29/22. Can I an update please?????

Our order arrived late and damaged. Cal-Pharma replaced the order, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the order took a long time to arrive, once again, but it was not damaged the second time around. Overall, we love the product, so I’m the future we’d make sure to order sooner since we know it could take awhile to receive it.

I gave this a one star because I am still waiting on delivery from an order I placed on March 25th. Once it arrives, I may be able to increase this rating?

We first got sanitizer when there was a shortage. Delivery was quick. And ordering was easy. We chose to get another gallon because alot of the stuff that is available now is liquid and has a very strong alcohol odor that is overwhelming. Cal Pharmas is a gel and light on the scent.

I received the wrong product. I have sent 2-3 messages for a replacement to be sent out and nobody has contacted me. What gives?
