If I could give this item a zero, I would. I really thought this was going to be an authentic device that would give me some relief and back pain. After only six uses, the interior mechanism, gears, whatever it is that makes it work, started stuttering and grinding. I only weigh 145 pounds so I know it’s not because of my weight. When I contacted the company to get a refund from Brand Street Market (brandstreetmarket.com)they refused without me paying for return shipping which is $37. Now, I can understand paying for return shipping if I didn’t like the item. However, this item broke after only one week and they expect me to cover return shipping. I am so tired of fraudulent companies taking advantage of people and our hard earned money. Do not buy this item it’s a piece of plastic crap. Do not buy from this company they are thieves and know they are selling crap.

I purchased the Kyrobak in 2017 for my…

I purchased the Kyrobak in 2017 for my mother who has chronic, severe back pain. We've been using it sporadically and it's been easing her pain a bit. However, when she tried to use it a couple of days ago the unit started then stopped and would no longer run. The on/off button just blinks now. I tried to call the customer service number listed on their website but it just gives me a message that they cannot take the call. What's the deal Kyrobak? I want to figure out why my unit just stopped working all of a sudden and what Kyrobak can do to fix this situation. ! I need a response.

Scam??!! I ordered Kyrobak on June 6

I ordered Kyrobak on June 6, 2017 and paid IN FULL on my AMEX. Yes, Amex has already charged me! To date, June 29, 2017, I have NOT received the devise. I have attempted multiple times to reach the Customer Service # 800-973-5523 listed on website; it immediately auto disconnects. What's the deal Kyrobak? Why are you unreachable? Where is my devise, or.... refund my money? Lost Trust here!

Excellent

I have 5 bulging discs in my lower back. I was getting ready for injections with surgery to follow soon. Thanks to NUCCA and Atlas Chiropractic techniques, I have postponed any invasive surgery for the past two and a half years. My last two visits, have included being on a device that is very similar to the motion that Kyrobak uses. I then saw this ad and purchased one. I have only used it for three days and can already tell that is is helping. Something so simple. I will keep posting results as time progresses.

Bad for me

I tried it on my bed first. Did not do anything. Tried it next on the floor and went the full ten minutes. That night I hurt so bad I could not sleep. Waited three days and tried it again for two minutes, Still hurt my lower back. Tried it again a week later and it still hurt my back.

Checked with my doctor and arthritis in L-4 and L-5 is the problem. So, I had to quit using the device.l

Bad back

I have a herninated disc, a pinched nerve, and hips out of alignment.
This device has not been able to help.

Lower Back Helper

I have been using my Kyrobak 1-2 times/day for a couple of months now. It has decreased my lower back pain substantially! I like that you can set it to one of three settings, and move its location from the floor to a couch or bed.

Unacceptable

Unit came without the power cord. When I called to report it, the customer service rep. was incredulous then finally offerred to send a "replacement."
There was no attempt to get it to me quickly so by the time it arrived about two weeks later, the unit had been stored and forgotten.
In the meantime, I started doing yoga as my doctor had suggested to try and avoid a spinal fusion. I asked him about using this device but he was not aware of it or anything like it. He had doubts about how useful it might be, so I have yet to use it and will try to return it for a refund.

Relief from pain

My husband found this device and told me just try it. So I didi was skeptical at first. When I got it in the mail I used it right away! I injured myself on the job and diagnosed with having a herniated disc L3/L4 very painful I did not want to use alot of medication because it makes me lethargic. With the gentle swaying motion it had relieved some of my pain and I was impressed. So I started using it twice a day everyday.
My pain threshold now is to the point where I don't take as much pain medication. Thanks KYROBAK!!!!

I'm sure this is very effective for most people. My problem is my head needs to stay more elevated than this allows to be effective; otherwise my "crystals" get out of wack and I get very dizzy. Also, if you are alone, getting on is a little difficult, and I tried to reverse that to get started, but that did not work.

That was more than other treatments I have tried (chiropractor, physical therapy). It took several months of using the Kyrobak before I felt it was working .

guarantee not what they say

The machine made my back worse so I went through the steps to receive a full refund. To this day I have not received one cent. I've emailed...no response....I've sent 3 letters....no response. Words are cheap...guarantee means nothing.

On 12/16 your order shipped/confirmed
On 2/13 Customer Service received a call requesting a return label, which was sent via email the same day.
On 2/24 the Kyrobak device arrived in our warehouse.
On 2/24 your Kyrobak refund was processed in full.

We have no record of communication from you since 2/13, nor do we have any record of any email communication. Can you please provide cs@kyrobak.com a copy of the emails you sent? I will also ask our Customer Service team to reach out to you to provide you the details of the refund we processed on February 24, 2016.

Love my Kyrobak

I have had my Kyrobak for over 45 days now. My lower back gets so tight causing me horrible pain. I use my Kyrobak 2 x a day and it stays loosened up and does not hurt near as bad. Going to a chiropractor even once a week gets very pricey. This was so worth purchasing. I have 2 discs that go out to the side of my spine in lower back. This truly works.

Relief!!

My Kyrobak is the answer to chronic pain. I have had low spine issues since April 2016, and have had Chiropractic care, Physical Therapy, Steroids, and more of the same. I had an MRI which showed some bulging discs in lower lumbar and sacrum, but the spine doctor I was referred to said the magic words: "I recommend against surgery." This made me very happy! He suggested I continue doing what I'm doing, (Kyrobak, exercises...and even golf!) I'm taking NSAIDs morning and evening for inflammation and minor pain, but other than that, I'm good! Thanks, Kyrobak!! You've kept this 70 year-old out of the hospital!
