I’m more than happy that I used them.
They answered my calls quickly and timely handled two orders that were being sent across the country.
Even with the end of the year rush they were able to make a modification to one of the orders for no extra charge. I’ll definitely order from them again.

Shipped right away and looked just like it did online. My mother-in-law was very pleased.

My packages were not delivered on time.

I cannot stress this enough. My experience with California Delicious was WONDERFUL. We were going through a difficult time as I was shipping a sympathy basket. And a “sorry we are missing thanksgiving” basket. I manged to mess up BOTH orders. My brain was Swiss cheese that week. Luckily both Anna Consani and Lisa Consani caught my mistakes, and contacted me. They were so sweet and understanding. They got my orders to the right places and even covered the additional shipping costs. Who does that?! Thank you so very much CA Delicious. Especially Lisa and Anna for your incredible guest service! Fan for life!

Lack of communication and customer support.
Ordered a gift basket over a month ago. Still waiting for order to be shipped. Was ignored for almost a month until a negative review was left on facebook page. Then suddenly the next business day received some communication via email finally. That was about a week ago. Still hoping for some progress or maybe item to be shipped.

My in-laws love the gift basket and the quality. However, I paid extra for shipping to make sure the basket would be delivered on the 23rd - it was delivered on the 26th. Probably was out of California Delicious's control once it was in the hands of FedEx, but they did advertise on their website that it would make it in time for Christmas, which is why I had to take away 1 star.

I ordered a basket for family members in California which was supposed to be delivered on December 22. The delivery was rescheduled for December 26 without any reason and no attempt was made to deliver on the 22. This order was placed in advance to ensure that it would be there before Christmas. I am very disappointed.
