Not happy
I ordered a basket with a white wine and red wine for my son before his deployment, he received 2 days late and just white wine, no red wine and just cheese and crackers, no olives or chocolates it said it came with, $59.95 and total got wrong thing. Not happy and will not use again.

I originally asked for a Saturday…
I originally asked for a Saturday delivery, but found out the recipients would not be home. I called to get an earlier delivery and my order was promptly delivered the next day. My nephew thought it was wonderful!
I also received a refund for the extra charge for a Saturday delivery. Customer Service Rep, Simone, was great!

I say with 1000% confidence and meaning, that California Delicious sent the best Champagne gift basket to my brother. The case it came in was awesome. The items are of excellent quality, and I get a yummy text each time my brother tries a new item. EXTREMELY IMPRESSED and grateful for the customer service.

The employee changed my order to reflect a sympathy / grieving gift basket instead of a celebration style basket. The staff were so accommodating to all of my requests. When my grieving sister received the basket, she said it was spectacular! It arrived simply stunning and it helped to cheer her up.
