EXCELLENT customer service! My delivery was "local" to California Delicious and they offered to hand deliver the gift baskets and during the window of time that worked best. They also offered customized ribbon colors if desired. Thorough communication from start to finish. I will definitely use them again.

I paid for next day delivery, and the package took a week to arrive. Reasoning was that the location was closed... I was sending it to a hospital! Ridiculous, and have not been issued a refund. I will NOT be using this service again

My mother sent me a gift box ordered online. When I received the package, it was beautifully packed and I could see a lot of items. But when I opened the individual items, I found that the outside packets and the stuff inside was very disproportionate. The packets give you an impression of a good quantity but unfortunately the product is too less. I feel the gift package is priced very high for the quantity of items it provides and the manufacturers should either reduce the cost or increase the quantity. For example, in the wafer roll packet there were just three rolls and in the cheddar cheese spread packet, a very small travel sized spread (somewhat like what you get in the airlines) and many more such items.

I bought this for my boss's birthday and he loved it. I didn't read the write up properly because I thought he was going to get 6 different beers but he only got 6 of the same kind. I'm sure it was my fault but it was a hit!

I was blown away by how fast my parents got their package delivered to them. And they loved the salami, crackers, cheese and chocolates. Thank you California Delicious.

Super good service, Im from another country and ordered a gift for my girlfriend who lives in the US, i was a bit worried about if it would arrive on time and so on and they helped me throu everything.
