The gift didn't reach the recipient in …
The gift didn't reach the recipient in time and apparently it was left in a "secure" place. Knowing there were perishable product in the order and the recipient wasn't informed about it I found very strange! Plus it wasn't a cheap order anyway. But when I chased it they sent another one and this time it reached its destination. I'll probably use the service again but I know I might have to chase it.

After ordering the gift basket which …
After ordering the gift basket which was to be delivered to a hotel, I was concerned as to making sure that it got into the hands of the guest I was sending it to. I called California Delicious and they were one of the most politest and pro-active vendors I've dealt with. They were able to contact the hotel and then call me back to assure me that the basket was delivered.
I would only recommend that they give a delivery date and approximate time instead of a ship date.
