I had an excellent experience with this family run company. The fridge I bought was too big and there had been a mix up upon ordering. Nothing but apologies and fixing the problem was front of their mind in dealing with this issue and it was resolved immediately.. I would highly recommend

I ordered a blue Bluetooth speaker.I got a call to say the speaker I ordered was no longer available and would a black speaker be ok.Since I was ordering for a family member I agreed that a black speaker would be ok.
On the website there are numerous speaker types’sold out’ leading to much disappointment I’m sure for anyone looking to buy from what appears to be a large selection!
Delivery was speedy no problem.
You could be doing much better.

Had an issue with the first delivery - grinder wasn’t working. Rang Callaghans - spent 2 mins (literally) on the phone and was promised a swap which arrived at the door 2 days later. What could have turned into a nightmare ended as a very pleasant experience. You won’t get better service anywhere.
