Freezer packed in Thursday night!, bought a new freezer Friday morning at 10am from the website without making any personal contact.
Sean rang me Friday evening at 5pm to tell me he’d have it out to me Saturday morning.
11am Saturday morning Sean dropped off new freezer, took away the old freezer for free and the packaging from the new one! without me asking him to.
Extremely fast & good service and a gentleman!
Would 100% use Sean’s again over the big name retailers, cant beat the personal touch of a smaller business willing to make the extra effort.
First time customer but wont be the last.

Fantastic customer service was looking for new tv and was unsure of sizes. Rachel M was so so helpful and went through the various sizes and which would suit best for the size of my room. Would highly recommend them and lovely to walk into a store today to such pleasant people.

I ordered a washing machine Monday morning, got a call Tuesday morning at 8.30 to say the machine would be on in forty minutes. Seanie arrived within forty minutes and had the new machine in the house and old machine taken away within 10 minutes. Seanie was very friendly and obliging. Couldn’t have asked for a better service!
