Replacing a new credit card
One of my credit cards was cancelled by VISA so I tried updating my account with the replacement card. I was able to add the new card but I couldn't replace or delete the old card. The old card is still the card being used by CallingCard and somehow VISA is still letting it go through.

Since your World Unlimited plan is connected to your card, first you need to add a new card from your account, My Information section. After you add the new card, you will be able to switch and select one of the 2 cards saved and delete the one you want.

Billing
My account was set up to auto renew but when last used it cut us off for lack of funds after around 15 minutes. It took 20 minutes to make contact with an aunt in Moscow and we are not happy to be cut off for lack of funds.

Unfortunately, by analyzing your account details we noticed that you reached our agents in the past few months to have your Auto Recharge set as ON and then requested to have it set to OFF again.
At the moment of the call the feature was set disabled.
Still, at this point Auto Recharge is enabled again, so you won't have to worry about this again in the future.
