Quick, easy and efficient process, all set up within minutes

Same experience as the other customer who cancelled and the company kept on taking his money. I cancelled with notice by email and had an email from the company confirming receipt and when my contract would end, but they kept on taking money from my bank for months after that which went unnoticed for a while, which is my own fault admittedly.

Now changed my review to three stars following a call from the company refunding the over payments. It is only fair that I recognise they have now corrected the situation.

website was fairly easy to use, pricing and offer im happy with.

however it wasn't clear exactly what youre getting in the package before buying. the inclusive features are not as good as other providers for a similar full price.

also, ive not received a follow-up/confirmation phone call to check in and would be good to actually test the service and see that its all working.

I wrote to them back in 2020 to cancel the service and repeatedly told them to stop billing me. Every month they illegally take the amounts from my bank account, but since the direct debit was cancelled, the amounts are automatically credited by my bank - because they had no authority in the first place. This is a total scam. Do not sign up unless you want to be harassed for two years.

I had account with them for a while, Now I want to cancel it and they are not cancelling it and even not responding , no email no one want to receive the phone call, they are dragging the contract deviously, never dealt with such a deceiving company.

Also they signed me at £4 something and started charging me £7 plus after a while, whilst on their website it still say £4, my advice is please little extra to another company and avoid these scammers.

Ive tried several times to purchase a domain name and subscribe to your web hosting facility and the form where you fill in the details of name and address etc keeps defaulting when clicking the next button. If you dont want my business then fine but its ridiculous that I input everything accurately and it keeps bouncing back........not happy and wasted a lot of valuable time trying to rectify it...........

I have used Callready for several years with no problems at all. I think it's a little bit expensive though.

The setup was very fast and my new number works perfectly. I dropped one star because I contacted Callready support and did not receive a reply. Otherwise I would have given 4 stars. Everything works as stated on the tin. Update: a reply received today (10-11-21) so changed to 4 stars.
