I ordered a gold bracelet, gold ring and silver. After two days of wearing the gold ring, I lost two of the magnetic elements. I emailed customer service for a return about a month ago, and I still have yet to hear from them. The presentation of the delivery box was nice and bracelet and rings look cute… but I lost two magnets. I just purchased the Olux so hopefully the quality will be better. I’ve given up on Calamara customer service team.

Shocking! Doesn’t go near them. Won’t even reply to emails. Report them.

Magnets fall out and they promise replacements but won’t honour it.

Would give zero if I could . Very disappointed in my purchase of 4 rings , the magnets were missing off two of them and on the other two rings they had fallen off in the box . I have contacted Calmara and have had no reply , obviously I want to return them for a refund . Wish I’d read the reviews first !!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, tried to return because even though the ring was adjustable it felt horrible to wear it, contacted them in the time period that gave for the return and got no reply so I couldbt even start the refund process, avoid they're robbing rats.

I received my bracelet and ring ( lovely ) but for the second time I’m having to return my ring … first time it was replaced .. the magnets fall out … 🤦🏻‍♀️

Faulty product and poor customer services failed to respond to correct the issue

I purchased a ring and bracelet set, which were both too small, so contacted customer service to arrange a return and refund. They asked me to complete a returns request form which I was told would be looked at, this was over a month ago. I have heard nothing and have emailed again numerous times but have not had a reply.

Terrible customer service. Ring eventually arrived awful product. Poor quality small and snapped when I put it on. No response from multiple emails. Avoid this company.

Took several weeks to arrive, the magnets are not magnetic at all, they went rusty within 3 days of wearing, no benefits felt whatsoever, it left circle indents and irritation on my finger that took over a week to go away after stopped using it. Contacted customer support and they said to fill out a refund request form, which I did then have been ghosted ever since! And it was delivered from China!

Poor product, neither bracelet or ring fit, can't get hold of them at all for returns/refund emailed multiple times and no response, Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!!!!

I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. Numerous attempts have been made to chase the order and Calmara is very, very slow to respond / initiate a refund. Terrible service.

I cant even get an acknowledgment when i email them about returning these shoddy items, best to avoid at all costs

I placed a order back on Sept. 19, 2025. It is now January 5,2026 and still not received this item. I have sent e-mail asking were this shipment is and no respond

Had this ring for months now and no change in weight loss, I had to make the ring smaller due to the magnets not touching the skin, I bought the bracelet too and it’s too bulky and uncomfortable; again the magnets are nowhere near in contact with the skin.. total waste of money

One big scam! Received ring in time, bit disappointed in the look and feel, but ok, as long as it works. They promised flatter belly in 21 days, 12 kg less in 90 days. Couldn’t believe it but hoped for at least something. 4 months later and even heavier than before. Contacted customer service to get the promised refund but since then no response, filed refund form twice but nothing, dont promise refunds if you dont keep your promise. I wanted to give zero stars but unfortunately cant.

I received two rings (1 Amber Gold and 1 Steel Chrome) on December 5th, 2025. Although the brand claims the jewelry is waterproof and suitable for daily use, the Amber Gold ring — the only one I’ve worn so far — has already started oxidizing. This was disappointing, especially considering its advertised durability.
They also state that the rings support calm, sleep, and daily balance, but after using the Amber Gold ring consistently, I haven’t felt any difference.
Overall, the product did not meet my expectations in terms of quality or promised benefits.

I wore it for 2 weeks and the magnets fell out. I reported it, they promised a new one. It was not sent. Bad service.

I have been trying to get a refund for faulty items for around 5 weeks but no one is replying. Almost £50 is a lot of money to be waiting on
Totally unsatisfactory and I would never recommend this company to anyone
