EverMarker Avis 22

My husband got me a ring from here. We did receive it and I loved it but I dropped it one time and it broke.

I ordered 2 things back in april of 2020. I recieved 1 of the 2. Still waiting on 1. I sent them a total of 4 emails for the 2nd item. I threatened going to the BBB and to Contact 6 lets see what ahppens now! I'm so disappointed.

If I could give them zero stars I would because that's what they deserve. I placed an order with them on April 12, 2020. I have not received my order, nor do I have a way to contact them. I started my investigation to begin to take legal action. It has been way over 30 days since they took my money. Please do not buy from them because you will not get your order. I tried contacting them, but apparently their website is either not working, or it does not exist.

sent them money and got no response until i threatened them with legal action. got the product but realized it wasn't what i wanted. emailed them several times for a return and got zero response. this is a shady company.

I made a purchase of a ring to give to my girlfriend about a month from now as a gift for our anniversary, just to get an email about a couple days ago, saying they ran out of stock. Unbelievable!

Wife bought a ring they said they were out of stock and if she wanted a replacement ring. She did not want a replacement ring and wanted her money back. It's been a month and a half of fighting with them and still have not recieved a single dime back from the company. Evermarker is a fraudulent company that does nothing but scam people into buying things and saying it's out of stock and keeping customers money. DO NOT BUY FROM EVERMARKER.

Same experience as the rest of people here. Bought an item with Evermaker, never got them, and multiple emails went unresolved. After a while, I had to report the transaction to my credit card and they issued me a refund. Evemaker company never helped me at all, and I think its a huge scam.

There should be an option for Minus 1 Star.
This company is taking eveyone for a hike, including PayPal. No responses on e-mails and the email address - service is also not active, in fact U get a reply that that mail address does not exist or not available: has not yet been delivered. The problem appears to be :

So stay clear from this company. I cannot understand why they are not closed down.

Ordered a match set of rings for our wedding. Waited a month and they never showed up or gave a message. Sent them a message asking about it, got a reply 2 weeks later stating they had sold out. Was offered a resolution option but when i asked about it i never received another word. Requested a refund if they werent going to resolve the issue and they never replied. Now 6 months later, still no word. Do NOT trust them.

I bought bracelets from EverMarker in January 2018, and never received them, I have emailed them asking what is happening with my order and have received no confirmation as to how they are going to deal with this, I recommend not buying anything from them as they have no inclination as to follow through with sending you what you bought. Very Very disappointed with them and will never deal with them again.

DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY. I can't tell you the condition of Evermarkers product as I have not received anything from them. Spent about $100 for a star shaped ring for my wife as well as paid extra for expedited shipping and have received nothing. No responses to any of my emails and as I used a card rather than PayPal I will not receive any kind of refund from these shi¿Tbags. Don't waste your time

Changed my mind about the ring I wanted to purchase. Tried to contact them about a refund. Tried every method possible to contact them. No response

THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN A FRAUD COMPANY

Horrible customer support, horrible product support.
I purchased a couple's rings from this site and i sent them an email to give my ring size. They didn't respond me on email so i contacted on facebook. And someone on their facebook page wrote me if i would accept someone else's names written on our rings. That moment i realised that it was a spam site i quickly demand refund, of course they didn't refund. So i had to solve the problem on paypal.

I ordered a ring on July 13th 2017 and was in communication with the company via messenger. I was assured that my product was shipped. It is now October 16th 2017 and I have yet to receive my merchandise. I’ve tried to contact the Evermarker company and now they won’t read nor respond to my messages, and emails. So therefore I can’t even request a refund. This is unacceptable. This is the worst company I’ve ever ordered from.
I’ve ordered from China many of times and my orders take 1-2 weeks tops. I will never order from Evermarker again and I hope no one else does either.

Yesterday I wrote to EverMarker:
The finish on the ring I purchased in July has already begun coming off. My fiancee is very careful to remove it when washing dish, showering etc. Needless to say I'm extremely disappointed. How do I return the ring and obtain a full refund?

Today I received the following:

Unfortunately, our quality warranty only applies to the items delivered in 30 days. We can not ship a replacement ring for free now or offer you the refund.
If you need a new ring set, we'd like to offer 30% off, will it help?

Why in the world would I buy anything from a company whose products don't even last 3 months?

I'm literally crying right now my fiance bought a very expensive ring from evermarker not only was it late receiving it, but now I have had it maybe 2 weeks if that and the main diamond is gone!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM EVERMARKER they are cheaply made and honestly wasn't near as beautiful as they pictured.

I was looking for a good gift to give my boyfriend. I was so excited when I found their site, it was 300$ marked down to 70$ . I bought us a matching set of bracelet's, I ordered it with express shipping. It took extremely long for them to send it out saying I made an error which I did not, then once they finally sent it out it was 2 weeks too late. Within the first week the gem fell out of it and it was completely scratched up although it is "titanium" metal. So I contacted them to get a new one and it took them 6 weeks to send a new one. I would NEVER suggest buying ANYTHING from here.

Not good quality from what I received. Easily bends and didn't retain it's shine for long. For the price I would think that I could get something authentic
