The activation was easy. The video tutorial was easy to follow. Is really great to get so many senses activated at the same time without having to even think about it. I found myself paying attention to the vibrations because it is so satisfying to hear but it’s not necessary to get the benefits as I found that after a week of using mostly twice a day

I am absolutely loving it so far and the cute little app that goes with it is also pretty cool, although I'm not sure the ultimate goal of it! Is it for tracking or maybe keeping you engaged with reward? At any rate, I find that this device helps set me on a better path in high anxiety situations like traffic. I love the scented plate -- I chose mint and it definitely smells authentic and fresh. I would highly recommend for those who deal with anxiety but don't want to navigate meds just yet.

It’s really helped me master breathing exercises, where I previously struggled. Their app is also great and a lot of fun. It is definitely worth the money.

I'm middle age & have struggled with generalized anxiety disorder, panic attacks & c-ptsd which lead to being severely over medicated for decades.

When the onset of an attack comes abt, my cognitive thinking becomes overwhelmed & I'm unable to rationalize what to do to get everything to calm down.

This breathing device is key. Within 10 minutes, it slows the heart rate down, breathing becomes regulated & the nervous system responds to that by calming everything down. The scent of lavender works especially well due to its calming effect on the mind & body.

Buy it. It's by far the best thing I've ever purchased for my overall health. When used daily, even for 10 minutes 1-3x a day, it effects your serotonin & dopamine levels & will give you some much needed relief. Well worth it!

Turning Calmigo into a subscription based service is the easiest way to draw ire from me

I purchased this for my 10-year-old son who was suffering constant panic attacks as he transitioned into middle school. His attacks would cause him not only a terrible amount of stress, but bad headaches and stomach aches, causing him to go to the nurse’s office and the guidance counselor’s office. So many visits meant he missed a lot of class those first two weeks of school. I also couldn’t keep giving him pain relief medicine just to get him back to class. When the CalmiGo arrived it was an immediate godsend. It allowed him to use all of his breathing techniques that he has been taught but was hard to do on his own during moments of distress. By using the CalmiGo, he was able to stop the panic attacks as he felt them coming on and therefore stop the headaches and stomachaches. Almost immediately he stopped the constant visits to the nurse and guidance counselor’s offices allowing him to finally settle into middle school in peace. He reported to me that while initially he used to call CalmiGo somewhere around 10 times a day, just two weeks later he’s only having to use it about once a day, if that. It’s given him a sense of security that he can have some control over his anxiety by having a device that can streamline his breathing and keep his anxiety at bay. Well, got my attention to this product was seeing the advertisements on Facebook of people having panic attacks as I used to suffer from them.
Fortunately, I have not suffered from a panic attack in a very long time so I can’t speak to how it helps with that. However, what I like about this product is that it coaches you on how to breathe the properly.

I do it before I go to bed and I also bring it to work. As a teacher and a mom of 3, it’s a great device for calming your mind. I am not one to meditate or relax enough to be able to meditate, but having this physical device in my hand helps, especially on the vibration mode.

The app is also an added incentive. I enjoy building my calming rooms and earning the coins and tokens for using my CalmiGo every day. My kids enjoy that part too.

I love the app that goes along with the device. It's so easy to use, and it has helped me in many situations.

I suffer from panic disorder while driving alone. Although I am on medication, there are times panic still comes when I'm driving. I was so skeptical at first because everything I have tried never worked. After careful research and review, I dove in and invested in CalmiGo. I use the device twice a day. This past weekend I had to drive alone again. My nerves were taking over.
But to my surprise I was ok. THIS PRODUCT WORKS. It is legit.
I do it while driving. And no panic attacks. I'm so happy and feel like I'm getting back to normal. Thank you so much CalmiGo. 💓 I am no longer skeptical. Highly recommended.

My experience with my CalmiGo has been absolutely wonderful! It has helped my anxiety so much. I purchased a second one as a back up. I give it five stars!

I bought this looking for help. I have never received the code to set it up properly. And their support services are only available Monday through Friday. This is crazy frustrating.

Recently purchased a CalmiGo for my daughter's escalating panic attacks. She only had it for a few days before her bag was stolen at a local park and the CalmiGo was in it. I contacted the company as I paid for the 2 year subscription to get the device and the warranty for $246.00. I received a completely unempathetic response from "Paul" that unfortunately the warranty does not cover a lost device. I had to reply back again to figure out what I am able to do as at this point we don't even know if the device truly helps my daughter and it's already gone. He offered a $25.00 discount to purchase a new device. I looked at the website and its $349.00! So I already paid $246.00 and now I need to pay another $349.00 for a cheap piece of vibrating plastic??? We were a victim of robbery (which I fully understand is not the fault of CalmiGo, but their prices are insane for what you get. I have emailed back and forth with Paul to no avail. I can't spend $349.00 after the initial investment and having to replace the other items that were taken from her. Paul offered to cancel the subscription so it would not renew 22 months from now, but no refund and no real assistance to get a new device. This situation caused my daughter to HAVE multiple panic attacks over her stress of the device being taken and the fact that I can't afford to get it replaced for her. Buyer beware...

It really helps with controlling my breathing in the midst of a panic attack coming along. Definitely recommend.

I bought one of these in 2020 at a price of $150. As an electronics engineer, the device contains a few dollars of electronics. Plastic moulds and other things undoubtedly increase this price, as whoever wrote their device's algorithm, but they are realizing a high profit margin.

I don't agree with the Gen 2 bluetooth requirement, reminds me of the terrible business decisions with HP and their printers. But at least they still sell devices without the subscription.

It does seem they make the devices in the US, which can explain the cost, thank you for explaining this, Paul, who was very kind, even when I was a bit scathing (CalmiGo Customer Service)

Calmigo is useless for anxiety. The device itself requires frequent Bluetooth connection, causing constant anxiety that it will fail right when you need it.

Edit: Hi Calmigo support. I really just have one question: how do you justify requiring to connect to Bluetooth, even if inly rarely? Because I cannot fathom a good reason to ever lock someone out of their anti-anxiety tool. Even if it is an unlikely outcome, I'm having trouble understanding how anyone, knowing that their product is designed for people with anxiety, could ever sit down and think that having any sort of unreliability built in is an ethical thing to do.

There aren’t a lot of details on using the device.

My mom got this for me for panic attacks. I use it daily and it’s helped significantly reduce my anxiety. It’s also allowed me to be more mindful of my breathing. 10/10 recommend.
