I think your shipping and return policy…
I think your shipping and return policy is harsh when compared with other online retailers. I bought two shirts that turned out to be way too small, but returning them to you for a refund isn't cost-effective. I think that's kinda crappy.

Bike was delivered in perfect condition.
The seat was difficult to install had to get the local bike guys put it on, but the bike is an amazing bike. Very well worth the money and the time.
