I don't agree with the "excessive…
I don't agree with the "excessive highlighting" and having my quote cut in half but what can you do. The process was easy and efficient.

Thanks for the honest review! Glad the process itself was smooth. On the quote change: highlighting is one of the biggest factors in what a used book can resell for, so marked-up copies get graded down, but you're right that a quote cut in half shouldn't feel like a mystery. Hi Robert, you're right, and we've fixed it! Some of your books had condition issues such as water damage, so the quotes were revised, but our revision emails never reached you, and after 14 days the lower offers are accepted automatically. From your side that looked like unexplained payments like the $2.20, which isn't acceptable. We've now reviewed every order on your account and paid all of them at the full original quotes, and emailed you the complete breakdown with your order-history link. You also made a fair point about looking up past orders: every order gets a status link by email, and a proper login page is on our roadmap because of feedback like yours!
