Unethical business practices

Company initiated order against my approval and invaded my checking account for $150,00 against my approval. Approached company and they admitted mistake but would not return my money. Tried to arrange resolution but lack of cooperation from company was result.

I placed an order at a quoted price

I placed an order at a quoted price. They said the cost had gone up due to tariffs. I cancelled the order. They kept sending emails to change prices. I responded many time to cancel the order. I finally phoned just now, and they said they would cancel the order.

Thought We were getting xaralto. Needless to say they charged us for it but because of the postal strike they told me that we couldn't get a refund so we are out over 250.00 and have to wait until strike is over! If they can take my money over the internet why cant they refund me!!!! Think twice about using this company! They are crokes!

They had such a great price on a drug I…

They had such a great price on a drug I needed! Too bad I didn't check out the reviews before ordering. It's hard to understand how online orders could take a month to deliver but it did. With the clock running out on the supply needed, the order finally showed up which is a lot better than the other reviewers of CDW. Stay away unless you have plenty of time to wait and don't mind lack of communications on the progress of the order.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. 1) waited 7 business days for them to reject my prescription. Sent new prescription 2) took another 24 business days for them to rejected the second prescription 3) spent 2 hours on the phone for them yesterday. And sent new prescription 4) emailed me today and they rejected the prescriptions a third time 4) I asked them if they would give explicit instructions as to what needs to be included on the prescription (units, milligrams, dosages, protocol etc). I do not expect them to prescribe. I wanted them to tell me exactly it needs to say to gain approval. It’s like playing a game of “Mother May I?” except they won’t tell you the rules. They refused to help. We guessed and sent in a fourth prescription 5) today they finally approved the prescription and needed approval on the payment information previously collected. 6) They do not accept credit card. Who doesn’t accept credit cards??? 7) It has already been 1 1/2 months And now they are saying another 6-7 weeks. 8) If you really need your prescription, I would either plan for a 90 day turnaround or find another service. This place is awful.

Horrible

Horrible! They took our money, refused to accept our doctor's prescription, refused to explain why, and refused to answer our emails and calls. Also, they do not post negative reviews on their site (only publishing the good ones) and their info@ and contact us forms do not work. There is a reason the pharmacy association warns against them.

No way would I try them

Well, because the pricing looks attractive I was very interested in finding out more about canadadrugwharehouse and EVERY option I chose said “YOU HAVE BEEN BLOCKED”. If they are that difficult to deal with it makes them look extremely suspicious and perhaps on the shady side. At this rate I wouldn’t touch them with a ten meter pole.

Frustrating Company

Frustrating Company - Do not recommend
First off, their meds are coming from India and the timeframe is about a month. Our first order came just fine (took about a month) and a good price. Second order? Nightmare. It had been over 40 days, I call the company they say their policy to reship at no cost. (tracking said it was stuck in customs) So we have them reship, but my husband was running out of his diabetic meds (januvia) and needed it fast. They offered to ship out of Canada and put a rush on it but we would need to pay the difference (215 MORE) and we had already paid 135. So we agreed bc we were stuck at this point. It was guaranteed 4-7 DAYS (not biz days). Ordered May 16, May 21st, no tracking, no shipping confirmation. I look at my order and it says "AT Pharmacy" meaning it hadn't even shipped. The customer service rep said they'd ship it now and it would be 7 more days. I said I'd like a refund b/c at this point we'll just try to get it from a US pharmacy b/c we've waited long enough and we need the meds. They said they will MAIL us a Canadian Check and that our bank will charge a fee to deposit it. To this day the order still says pending. Oh and they don't take credit card they need to DRAFT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. So money has left our account and they still haven't shipped a rush order. DON'T RECOMMEND. RUN.

Outrageous Timeframes, Difficult to Work With, Didn't Receive Rx on Time

Beware of using this shady pharmacy. On the website they say "Delivery time is between 8-14 days", which is wildly inaccurate. On the phone they say 15-20 BUSINESS DAYS. The website says "expedited shipping is available on request" — it is not.

I placed an order on January 5 with a valid prescription from a US based doctor. Two weeks later they tell me the prescription hasn't been accepted and they need a new one. So my doctor sent a new prescription. When I checked on the status of the order they informed me (apparently they didn't feel the need to tell me this) that the prescription had again been rejected because the handwriting was illegible. Perhaps to them it was, but my doctor sent four different versions of the prescription. By this time it is January 29, 24 days after the original order, which was supposed to arrive (per the website) in 8-14 days. If a customer had a life-threatening illness and needed the drugs badly, they might be dead by this time.

Because I would not be available to receive the order in the ridiculous timeframe they were proposing (which would be sometime in March—literally months after the order was placed), I refunded the order. At this point they informed me they won't refund USD (even though I payed in USD) and so I will be "charged for the refund". What? Moreover, they say it will be 8-12 BUSINESS DAYS to receive the refund. Why? I have not received the refund at the time of writing this review as it was just requested, but will update if they fail to refund appropriately.

Besides all of this the company is difficult to work with and terrible at communication. They did not respond to multiple email inquiries. You will be on hold in a queue trying to get information about problems with the order, which they will not provide to you unsolicited. The ordering process itself is unduly difficult for the customer and onerous for the prescribing doctor. You cannot pay by credit card but must send a photo of a void check, which is a red flag I should've paid attention to.

They appear to be a drop-shipping operation or something similar and the actual medications are not coming from Canada but distributors in other countries. This would be fine if they actually arrived in a timely fashion, but they don't. In the time it took to go through this awful process which resulted in a refund and no product, I received medications shipped from a pharmacy in Japan (in under 2 weeks!) so there's really no excuse here for the timeframes offered here, especially when the shipping fees are so high ($16).

This company needs to 1) accept credit cards, 2) not offer refunds that end up charging the customer, 3) actually provide their products in the timeframe advertised on their website (8-14 days), 4) actually provide expedited shipping, even if it is at cost, 5) streamline their process for doctor's prescription so there's no chance of refusal of legitimate prescription, 6) respond to emails, 7) provide information about the order in a timely fashion to the customer so it can be corrected ASAP, 8) process the order and ship much much faster than they do.

I filled an initial 180 ct tablet order…

I filled an initial 180 ct tablet order in January 2022. Then the company emailed multiple (8 weeks after I got the meds) requests saying it was time to refill the 6 mos prescription again. This time I was told they will NOT fill any prescriptions over 90 days and I was invited to break my order into 2 parts & pay double shipping charges. I did get the 180 ct. tablets with no problem on the initial order.

Each time I order from them they charge $15 to ship SMALL packages. I think they make their money off the shipping. Their phone agents are hard to deal with as you must repeat your question or concern 4-6 times before the agent understands what you called about. (There are way too many language difficulties involved in India English.)

Their prices are OK but the customer support leaves LOTS to be desired and you will spend a tremendous amount of time on the phone to place or refill an order.

Maybe you will get someone who listens and actually has a correct response to your question or you will probably waste your time getting a satisfactory answer repeating the same things over and over and over .....
