I was confused as to uploading and also paying for my script. The agents were very helpful and let me know all was good with the prescription. I appreciated their patience and they clearly knew what they were doing.

Very laborious process to attempt a prescription fill. Doctor sent the requested documents multiple times and could not satisfy the requirement for a simple topical. Lost a full month of treatment.

A bit repetitive request, but finally got it done and received my meds in a timely fashion. Very helpful, and grateful to have this option available.

I ordered my dogs medication April 12th, I received it April 23rd. It was the wrong dose. I immediately called canada drug and followed up with an email with pictures. As of this date April 28th they have not corrected the issue nor has anyone returned my calls. In the meantime my dogs need his medicine to be able to breath. Apparently that isn't a very important reason for them to immediately follow up with me. Horrible service.

I'm still in the discovery phase of my search for Canadian meds of Eliquis/Apixaban - however Heizel, the agent who has been helping me has been exceptional in getting answers to all my many questions.

For the most part my experience with Canada Direct is fine. The submission of a prescription isn't always the easiest and I wish my account on the website had an inbox of sort so that specific messages can be sent regarding issues with a prescription. The emails sent to my personal email are always very vague and troubleshooting a prescription can become tedious. I usually interact with the online chat agents, and they are always very professional and very helpful. I am very grateful for Canada Direct and the ability to have access to their services from the US. Will continue to use them as long as they are available for my (my cats) needs. :)

Jesika was very helpful in verifying script info. The company is a blessing, I have saved a lot of money compared to where I live, as I am not in Canada. Also, the fact that the shipping was free also really helped. Once they receive the script, it is a quick and easy process to receive the medicine. I just ordered a refill on a prescription previously filled with CDD. The process was pretty smooth, except they asked for all the documents previously submitted, including ID, prescription, and a canceled check for payment. Apparently they don't keep this info on file? A bit annoying. Still, the price is good compared to the US.

I've used CDD for a couple years now and am very satisfied with the service and products. The customer service team are very professional and helpful; they always take care of any concerns I have. I highly recommend CDD to others in the USA that are overpaying at their local pharmacies.
