This company sells knock off meds for premium price
I purchased bravecto chew tabs for my dogs and it worked for a week, my dogs are itching bad, I’ve ordered from Australia and got good tabs from them, I will never use Canada vet again, I’m out $300 for 4 tabs, I’ve ordered from Australia and the pills worked for 8 months and said it was good for 3 months, customer service said they would email me but haven’t, not sure if meds are expired or not stored properly plus they doubled in price

We want to assure you that all medications sold by our company are 100% authentic and sourced directly from licensed manufacturers and suppliers. We would never sell counterfeit or expired products.
Our records show that you contacted us on May 8, 2026 regarding continued itching after administering Bravecto. As advised, fleas can continue to emerge from the environment even after treatment has started, particularly in cases where there is an existing flea infestation in the home or outdoor surroundings. Bravecto works by killing fleas after they come into contact with your dog, and newly emerged fleas may still be seen for some time while the environment is being cleared.
Additionally, itching in dogs can have a variety of causes unrelated to the medication itself, including environmental allergies, skin sensitivities, or underlying medical conditions. For this reason, we requested written documentation from your veterinarian confirming that your pets were properly treated and that there were no other contributing conditions. At this stage, we have not yet received this information.
We understand your frustration and remain happy to continue reviewing the matter with you once the requested documentation is provided.

I placed an order for dogs flea…
I placed an order for dogs flea treatment in January 2026. It never arrived. They offered me a refund or a reorder for the meds. I asked them to reorder. My zip code was apparently incorrect but NOT according to USPS. Having phoned the USPS help line, they confirmed my correct details, as per on the label. This was not good enough for CanadaVet who wanted me to obtain a screenshot of the label. They are keeping my money, of course, and I am left having to request USPS to assist in locating my package. I will NOT be ordering from them again. It simply is not worth the hassle of saving a few dollars for unprofessional service and the lack of trust they have in their now former customer.

After reviewing our records, it appears that the ZIP code entered at the time of checkout did not match the correct delivery details. As the order was placed online, it was processed and shipped based on the address information that we were provided with.
We understand this may have been inconvenient, and we regret any frustration caused
In situations where a parcel cannot be delivered due to address discrepancies, we are required to wait for the package to be returned to us before we can proceed with a reshipment or refund.

The Best Company I've Found For My Pup Yet...
I've been ordering from CanadaVet for years. There's no reason for every vet to require a $50 heartworm test (on top of their eye-raising prices) when the dog gets heartworm meds every month, and I'm sick of vet ripoff prices for anything, too. CanadaVet has Nexgard Spectra - not available to me at all in my country. I believe it's because you don't have to purchase parasite or flea&tick meds separately from the vet: it's an all-in-one product. I depend on CanadaVet and have never been disappointed.

Be careful ordering from CandaVet. My family and I will NEVER purchase from them again. I spent $500 with them and never received my order and they will not refund me or reship. They stated that they called USPS and that I took too long to go to my mailbox and that it was stolen! Which is a total lie! I was looking for this package daily and it never arrived!! Also, if it had been stolen our HOA would have notified us immediately that this happened so that is also a lie. They then had the audacity to offer me a $10 credit if I purchased more from them. $10!!! As if we would ever purchase from them again. They'd rather lose custimers than do whats right. I'm a single mother and that is soooo much money for me to lose. As far as I am concerned they stole that money from me because I never received my products. Terrible way to do business! Beyond disappointed.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, once an order is marked as delivered, we cannot be held liable for packages that become lost or stolen after delivery.

We always encourage customers in situations like this to contact their local post office as well as local authorities to report suspected mail loss or theft so they can investigate further and help prevent this from happening again in the future.

Great to get Revolution for feral cats!
My Revolution did not take too long to arrive. I was able to track my package which I appreciated. Also, since I care for feral cats, I was happy to be able to afford caring for the ones with ear mites; the free tube was great to receive! I am ordering more to keep everyone mite and flea free.
