I have ordered a few times from this company and I got exactly what I ordered , and it WORKED 100%
With the Same sealed packaging as what I got from the vet, and at a mere FRACTION of the price . I have too many cats to take them all to the vet as they want to see them all just to weight them and charge massive fees - I also treat strays and I can’t possibly get them to the vet . I can barely pet them . Yes it takes a little time ( approx 2 weeks ) to come , but just plan on that . And I don’t care where it comes from . Canada , Africa, China , UK Australia,
or what they call themselves . I feel blessed to be able to get this at all .
As long as it’s SAFE and effective , which it has been . The Selehold and Revolution plus I order takes care of the fleas quickly and effectively- The website is down as of now for what ever reason -maintenance? so I had to switch to another company and it’s coming today . Will see how that goes .

I have been using them for many years now and have never had an issue. It ships from UK and comes surprisingly quickly. Their website has seemed to be down the past couple days so I had to look around for similar options to buy my dogs’ meds. I only found one that compares price wise, much lower than others I found, so hoping I am just as satisfied with this other company.

Update: Looks like they are no longer shipping to the U.S. There is nothing on their website since it just doesn’t work, but you can’t reach anyone by phone or Email now, I did some research and am using this company for my next order: Canadapetcare.com. I am really disappointed that they didn’t send anything out to autoship customers, just left you hanging. Downgraded my review from 5 stars to 1.

I have been ordering Heartgard & Nexgard from Canada Vet Express for 3 years, ever since the rescue I got my dog from, recommended them. You pretty much have to expect that shipping will take 10-14 days, but if that’s the worst thing I have to deal with, no worries. You can create your autoship online, the only problem is that it will not allow you to edit anything once created. You have to call if you need to change the payment method, shipping date, type of product, anything. That is annoying, because it’s usually next to impossible to get through. Sending an Email doesn’t help make any changes - you have to actually talk to someone. That is the only complaint I have, but it’s worth dealing with to get the prices they have. Still worthwhile.
P.S. The website seems to have been down at least a couple weeks - you can’t login to your account. 😡

The VERY WORST web site I have ever used. The urls dont transfer and dog sizes for puchases will not change tom 50-100. This site was created in Uganda by the Zulu medicine man(sorry for the dig doc).

I read the less than inviting reviews of "Canadavetexpress". I decided to try them anyway because of their excellent pricing, free shipping and additional discounts. That total was less than half of what my vet charged.
In less than 10 business days; including a National holiday; the same unexpired Bravecto I have used for years was delivered to me in rural Oklahoma.
Am I HAPPY with Canadavetexpress? YES!!!
Will I do business with Canadavetexpress in the future? ABSOLUTELY!!!

SCAM ALERT!
Took 3 weeks to get the FAKE FLEA MEDS for my cat! Fake packaging and product didn’t work. No way to resolve problem with them. DON’T BUY FROM!

I have been a very satisfied customer for years until now, April 2023. I went online to re-order and get a message that 'website under construction'. I emailed customer support and and it bounced back as 'undeliverable - rejected as SPAM'. BUT 2 days later received a reply stating they 'no longer deliver to California'. I called customer support, using ph # from a past order, and was told by an agent (clearly over-seas and difficult to understand) that they can ship anywhere in the US EXCEPT California and he would be happy to take my order. It sounded way too fishy and I hung up. Why did he say he would be happy to take my order if he had just told me he could not ship to California?

So this company is called Canadavetexpress implying that it is based in Canada and the prices are in Canadian dollars. So you go through the whole ordering process when at the very end, just beside the total, US$ suddenly appears (for the first time). This means that in CAD your purchase is 25% higher than you are lead to believe. This is not what I consider fair and ethical practice.

I have ordered several times from Canada Vet Express and have had nothing but great experiences with them. I was unable to afford to treat all of the park cats, who visit my back yard, for fleas and parasites until a librarian friend told me about this site. They have exactly what I need at prices that I can afford and without a costly membership fee. I am very grateful for finding them.

They are in UK. Money was taken from my checking account for my order then a day or so later they sent me an email to confirm. Customer service was horrible!! Then they cancelled my order. They did then did a pre authorization of my order amount so I was double charged. Had to have my bank cancel second preauthorization since it was fraudulent. They did refund my money from the order. DO NOT recommend!!!!

The meds I receive are sometimes from Australia, or Singapore. Haven't had delivery problems. Once took 2 months, but usually in 2 weeks. Try a small order first & see what you think for yourself. excellent prices. I'd recommend them.

This is not a Canadian based company, they are located in the UK. I tried to have some questions answered via their live chat but it was all very sketchy. Their website looks American (not UK or Canadian as it's not in metric). That's all.

I still do not have the product I ordered on Feb. 8th - 1st problem was they cancelled my order without my knowledge. I called whenI could not find my order. They reordered on Feb. 11th. It is now the 9th of March and I donot have NOR is it showing up in shipping - It is showing up in Singapore on Feb. 17th no other trkg info. 1st I would not have ordered had I known it was coming from Singapore. 2nd my dogs need this medication now - maybe I dodged a bullet - will be reordering - this has to be the worst company ever

It took over 2 weeks for the delivery. IT COMES FROM OVERSEAS!!SINGAPORE. THE ORDER WAS NOT CORRECT. Phone calls went unanswered. At on call a person with broken English tried to answer my questions. You get what you pay for. I have no plans of ever putting the items I ordered on my pets. I basically thru my money away. Not sure what ingredients are in the BRAVETO they sent me. $61 for the wrong size for a small cat I can get here for $40 from my vet. Instead of the large Seresto collar for my husky they sent me a SMALL one. Of course the items were all listed correctly on my order sheet they sent with these knock offs. BUYER BEWARE. YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR GETTING, REALLY.

"Canada" In The Name but Don't Ship Here

This company is called Canada Vet Express yet they do not ship to Canada. How does that make any sense whatsoever ??? I contacted customer service about why my order would not go through and got the following reply:

We do not ship our products to Canada due to certain limitation and logistics issue our products are returning back undelivered hence we have stopped shipping.

Once this issue is resolved we restart shipping to Canada, we will update it on our website for shipping in Canada.

To me this screams of red flags, false advertising, and fraudulent products being sold.

I’ve been using CVE for many years. A former coworker had told me about it. Authentic quality products and very competitive prices. Only one time I received a shipment (Frontline and Heartgard) where one of the items had a earlier expiration date then the rest of the order. I called CVE and they immediately sent me a replacement. Definitely recommend their products!

They definitely sell fraudulent merchandise. I bought 4 Seresto cat flea collars and all of them were fakes. I compared the tins that the collars were received from Canada Vet express, and it did not indicate that they were made in Germany. Instead, they referenced an address In South Africa. The collars didn't have any reflectors and the wrapping of them was clear, not with the Seresto logo and the collar ingredients. Do not purchase Seresto flea collars from these guys!

I purchased from them several times, the last time being June 2023. The product arrived after one month and came from England to Canada. The order I just tried to place was not accepted and amazingly they no longer accepted Pay Pal. When I questioned why they would not accept Pay Pal they all of a sudden said they do not ship to Canada. They are a FARCE. Charging in US Funds, shipping from Britain and now not even using Pay Pal or shipping to Canada. Totally an American/Chinese operation with no connection to Canada. I would assume Pay Pal caught them and cut them off. Just my opinion!

I have purchased from Canada Vet Express a few times.
Great and easy to order from.
Always received my orders on time and complete.
I can get medications without having to get my DVM to approve (i.e.Revolution).
Love them and am working on an order to place currently!
