I have been ordering from Canadavetexpress for several years. I recently ordered the wrong product. MY fault but they agreed willingly to take a return of any unopened pill packs. I was so pleased. They even helped me order the replacement product. Now I just need to get the package sent back. I am thrilled they were so willing to help and did everything they could to help me out.

For Canadians, prices on the site are in US dollars. I ordered a product and the amount shown on the invoice was apparently in USD but no where do they say that. It was only on my credit card statement that I found the currency conversion charge.

I was having some trouble checking out with the website, had to call customer service to get the order finalized. The gentleman that I spoke with was so pleasant and helpful. You just don't get customer service like this anymore. I have been using Canadavetexpress for a few years and will continue.
