Canadian Pardon Application Services Inc. Avis 

I will be putting reviews on every site possible. Avoid this company at all costs. Their first contact person, according to the second person who contacted me, gave me absolutely incorrect information. The Vancouver Police Department said one form was wrong and to be careful, I informed my contact, he said when did the police ever have your best interests in mind. Minimum a week to reply to both emails or calls, and I requested twice to put future payments on hold and they took the second regardless. I was hoping and trusting that this company and the process was going to be as great as they said so paid a first installment of a third of the amount when the asked for only a tenth, now they are refusing to refund any of the first payment, even with me offering to cover the initial payment they requested, around 300 less than I gave in good faith. My credit card company has been notified and the BBB will be contacted tomorrow as well.

The call back time is slow. 2 years.
Still waiting for the processing to be finished but it is slow. Better to try get your own pardon. Within the waiting time, I pardons have decresaed in price, and I still paid 1200+ with no refund. Took two years to have a response. Now waiting again.

This is a perfect example of the crap you get from Canadian pardon application services. They can’t even figure out your a client because they did almost nothing for you. As to any favourable reviews they most likely came from staff or people they know. They are fake and in no way tell the true story about this bogus company. They take your money without authorization monthly and do absolutely NOTHING til they get it all!!!!! They never respond properly to questions and only email back answering what they want. Shame on them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON AND DO T BELIEVE ANY COMMENTS THAT ARE POSITIVE IN NATURE as they are from staff or friends trying to manipulate the true story about how poor their business i. A real scam.

This is a great company to work with when clearing up old criminal records. I recommend Canadian Pardon Application Services.

I Spoke with a consultant by the name of Joseph Wood back in July 2022. Very nice guy, I ended up signing up for a Pardon and Expungement to clear up some old stuff. I ended up paying for rush service and they delivered on that. I would recommend this company and you speak with Joseph Wood if you need this type of service.

Hey guys, I used Canadian Pardons over a the course of about 1 year. My Pardon and Waiver took about 1 13 months so which was fine by me. Definitely a great group to work with and would highly recommend them.

This place is a complete phony pack of liars. Any good reviews that you read about them are written by people that work for them within their own so called business. They are liars and cheaters and only are interested in taking your money. Run like h***

Total scam! They take your money, lie to you about everything, keep you on the hook, do nothing and rob you blind.

Do not give your credit card info to them. You will be billed without consent, and they do NOT man their phones. I was told a price and now its way past that, I just got billed another $350 without consent. I tried calling, left my number and NO call back. Very Shaddy company, be careful.

We have been waiting over a year, and have paid the full fees and done everything asked. Three times they have called and said we have not signed their forms - even with two emails confirming they have received them and everything looks good. This whole time we thought something was being done and they just took our money and did nothing.

Scammers; I explained my case to these guys and they told me that I needed a pardon even when I didn’t, and not only that it took them 6 month to fill out the application in the beginning they told me they were doing everything and after the 6 months they sent me the application for me to mail or go to the us border.
They know the immigration laws and they still told me that I needed a pardon. Scammers
