Candid Owl Avis

There was an unexpected delay in getting the fabric for the lamp. Candice immediately contact me and offered a full refund if we wanted. We decided to wait and appreciated the regular updates Candice sent. This is the 3rd lampshade I have purchased. It is amazing. The quality is exceptional and it is so very well packaged. We were unsure what size lampshade to have for my Sister’s 1970s Fat Larva lamp. Candice supported us in our choice, using her experience to guide our decision. The shade and lamp now look perfectly balanced and it is a talking point for all who visit.

Good quality and a wide choice of sizes and colours. The shades I chose were just as depicted in the online images. Good communication throughout and on time delivery. I would use Candid Owl again.

Great service - from easy ordering to delivery of beautiful, good value, well made lampshades
Would recommend!

Brilliant product & transaction. Query answered promptly. Item as described. Packed in a sturdy carton and delivered on time. As good as internet shopping gets!

Good quality lamp shades. I think they're a little expensive considering I paid around £30 more for these because of the choice of inside colour.

Lovely lampshade. Good communication.

Quality of the product snd the way it was wrapped xx

Order delivered well within time frame. Very straightforward

Candice couldn't be more helpful! Lovely to deal with and beautiful lampshades

Excellent service quality perfect shade

Great products and timely delivery. Thrilled with my new lampshades.

This company really deserves the 5* review I have given it, even though there was a problem with my order.
I ordered 2 bespoke shades knowing they would take longer since they weren’t standard. I was really looking forward to receiving them and getting them into place in my new dining area. My excitement at opening them was short-lived when I realised they were made in the wrong material. I was so disappointed. However, Candid Owl were amazing. As soon as they knew about the problem they were very apologetic and immediately put a plan into place to rectify it. Their honesty and integrity alongside a fabulous product definitely deserves 5* and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

Ultra helpful and responsive when ordering custom made lampshades. As a repeat customer, I'm sure I'll buy more in the future.

Needed a tall, narrow lampshade to go on a wonderful ceramic base mum and dad purchased many years ago and which has now come to me. It is wonderful, lovely material and really well made, just right. Couldn't find anything anywhere else. Thq

Fabulous customer

Have had two matching lampshades made. The 2nd on the strength of the first. They look great and exactly as described. Very nice quality. Thank you.

Fantastic bespoke service. We requested a non-standard size drum shade for our original mid-century table lamp. The response was quick and the price was reasonable. We are delighted with the result!
