Hello Yousef, We think you might be confusing us for another similarly named company.
The Candy Factory NEVER offered Cheetos as a product.
I see the date of your experience is from June 2021, The Candy Factory ceased trading temporarily in March/April 2021 due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Ordered a lollipop and requested shipment to Japan. That was nearly a month ago. No word from them at all, no tracking number... nothing. I've messaged them several times and no response. This company is either a fake company or has incredibly terrible customer service. I've reported them for Credit card fraud too. Do NOT trust this company!

Thank you for your message and sorry to hear the trouble you’ve been having with your order.
Prior to placing your order - you were made aware that the lollipop would be shipped via Standard International Shipping and no tracking would be provided. The Lollipop is worth £5.
If we paid for Tracked Shipping this would’ve cost us £32.00 thus meaning we would of not made a profit nor recouped the base price.
We shipped your order using Royal Mail Standard International Shipping on the 6th April 2021 and you were made aware of this via text message and Etsy platform.
We have not received any message (except one) from yourself on Etsy or any other platforms until this review here on Trustpilot, thus not allowing us to resolve the issue.
The email we did receive from yourself contains very abusive, threatening and violent language towards our staff. This is something we do not tolerate under any circumstances.
As of writing - our order team have shipped another lollipop out to you in Japan again no tracking will be provided due to the cost involved.
The total amount for your order (£5) has also be refunded and you should expect a refund within 10 business days. We have also tried calling you - however it directs to your service provider KDPR who states the number is out of service.
