Well priced and easy to irder
Easy to order and fast delivery. Very good price considering that some other companies charge extortionate prices.

£50 spent well
I ordered £50 worth of sweets , I got a £20 and a £10 mystery box with £20 random sweets and drinks , it came within 2-3 days and is totally worth it , I’ve browsed through other tt American sweet shops and they might have bettter or more products but not to the price and delivery speed as this business , honestly can’t fault anything at all , they boxed my order on live and kept me updated each step , absolutely brilliant people ☝️

Didn’t arrive - Evri courier
Didn’t arrive, Evri used as courier can’t fault the company themselves but I didn’t receive the package so can’t really review any higher staff were helpful though

Thank you for your review and we apologise for the issues with the courier, we share those same frustrations too.
In recent months we have re-implemented the Royal Mail service so all orders are sent 48hr or 24hr tracked with a more reliable courier.

Worth the money
Really good you get lots of stuff with it. It doesn’t have any English sweets all American. I recommend to anyone who would like to try American sweets or even if it’s a gift.

Easy to use website and GREAT customer service
Website was easy to use and had plenty of choice. Ordering process was super simple.
First time I ordered it went smoothly and I was very impressed with the packaging keeping the items secure and damage free.
Second order I placed, there was a small hiccup which was down to the delivery company rather than Candy America. The customer service I received was fantastic and they helped resolve the issue immediately, being friendly and polite the whole time.
Would highly recommend this company and I will be using again in the future!

I brought the £10 mystery Candy mix and thought it was brilliant, full of lots of lovely treats id never tried before! Was full! So I went back and brought the £20 mix, which we did not enjoy nearly as much unfortunately there was not that much more, and the flavours were not as good as the £10 pack.
